Overall cleanliness was not very good. I had bug bites on my shoulders the next morning. The hottub jets did not work. The pool was ok or the kids. The breakfast was good. It was kept hot and clean at all times. Check in and out was very easy with Expedia.

Clean room, parking lot and sidewalk full of trash, free breakfast has no taste to it. Coffee horrible. Check in staff very nice. Check out guy rude.

Hotel was close to the zoo and easy to get too

Check in staff Tuesday evening was very good. Friendly and very helpful. Lack of hotel staff at the desk on Wednesday morning was bad. I sat in the lobby for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come to the desk because the po was to be open at 8 am and finally found someone to open it at 8:20.

NO vent for humidity when showering. Room bedding and curtains we almost wet. Great for the two small dogs we had.

Choose another place to stay. This place may be cheap but it is dirty and uncomfortable. The bed was terrible! It is very run down and needs a lot of work

Fair to poor stay, but affordable.

Spa out of order. Breakfast variety lacking. Climate control in room poor. Toilet ro ked back and forth. Floors slippery in bathroom and bedroom. Mattress too soft, we kept ending up stuck in the middle.

Musty smell. No Kleenex. Rattling vent. Dripping faucet. Untidy, but helpful staff.

Only hotel available for College world series.

We were forced to spend the night here while we were helping our daughter move. This was the only hotel available during the College World Series. The hotel needed some serious updating! The room was just ok, with a wired layout! If the bathroom door was open, no one could stand at the mirror/sink??? During breakfast a coffee cup collapsed spilling hot coffee on me. I was told by the attendant to basically suck it up, his shower water was hotter than the coffee!! Needless to say, we won't be staying there again.
