Pros: Not much
Cons: Clean sheets
Got to room 11:30 PM and bed was not made and had unclean bed sheets

Loved it had a great time with no worries. Staff was great and vary helpful. Room was beautiful

Would Stay Again

Check-in staff was pleasant and informative. Suggested Mexican Restaurant next door for dinner, great suggestion. Room was clean and quiet. Only downer was the breakfast, skip it if you can.

Good hotel. For the price

The price was right. Breakfast watered down gravy, hard biscuits Some scrambled or hard boiled eggs would have been nice

Two lamps didn't work. Behind the nightstand was filthy. Broken toilet seat. Found an ant in the bread bin at breakfast. Small room.

Nice hotel, close to restaurants and shopping.

Pros: The room was exceptional for the price. Lots of room and partial kitchen amenities. I would stay here again.
Cons: The breakfast could have more offerings.
Decided to stay here rather than in Omaha when picking up my daughter from college. The convenience to the interstate, restaurants and shopping was worth the few extra minutes it took to get to the school.

Welcome rest spot on long journey

Pros: Location and staff
Cons: nothing except the weather could be nicer next time
Location: Great location with shopping and a number of great restaurants near by.
We have stayed at this hotel a few times on our trips both going south and then on the way north and have found it to be a great rest spot. The hotel provides clean, comfortable room with great facilities including a good breakfast plus their staff are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Next trip to the south hopefully 2018 this hotel will be in our plans.

Awful experience!

Just to let you know, we are not people that will normally complain about things! But the beds were not neatly made, the bathroom was dirty, only one towel, the bathtub drain was broken, the phone did not work, no refrigerator, the hairdryer was missing from the wall. The room was a mess. We talked with the night clerk and she left a note for the manager. The manager did not return our call. We were not impressed!

Cons: staff changeover is reommended,
Location: noisy interstate behind hotel with thin windows, construction all over the area.
staff was incompetent to say the least.. double charged for room, no towels for rooms or pools, breakfast staff was too busy on the phone to stock sugar and creamer.

Desaster

Bad dirty floors , light bulbs missing ,no clock , fire alarm laying on top​ of TV stand not hooked up ,bed was wore out bumpy witch caused us not to sleep good and woke with backaches , tile in bathroom base boards missing and falling off , chair in room was so wore out the arm rests fabric was rubbed off , curtains were the same way as chair fabric worren off . Went down to pool and hot tube area and the hot tub was not working right no bubbles . Handrail going up stairs brackets were broken and handrail about to fall off wooden hanger broken in room half was laying on the floor . No ashtrays in room and it was a smoking room . On a different light was not plugged in and was not able to because something was crammed into the plugin outlets . . Not happy at all with our stay . The Red roof inn website was very misleading ......
