Poor housekeeping

I have stayed at this hotel many times. This was the first I encountered difficulties. Room was freezing set at 50 degrees when walked in. Took over an hour for the temp to warm up and once it did the air conditioner broke. Stayed 2 nights. No housekeeping service, No new towels, had to go to desk to get towels, No wash clothes, and the toilet ran. Couldn't fix because the inside bar was bent out of shape. No working phone.

Convenient, pet friendly, not clean.

Easy access from the highway. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Be careful of the platform beds as there is plenty of room for animals to get underneath! You can see the dust on most every surface.

Middle of the road

Nothing special about this place you get what you pay for I went for a deal and got just that.free WiFi but if you want good Wi-Fi you need to pay $3.00 more each day for it

It was cheap and breakfast was good Dirty rooms

Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Cleanliness of the rooms, and doors that work.
Upon checkin we found an old used cold/freezer pack on our tv stand along with the broken freezer door from the fridge, DISGUSTING, and then we also found sunflower seeds on the floor as if they had not vacuumed, so the rooms where not the cleanest and leaving the last persons freezer pack on the tv stand was gross. We got around all of that and went to the pool area the hot tub button was broken but it was just the plastic button so I went to ask if they maybe had a pair of pliers to turn the nub with, and nope, no go. Some of the entrance doors do not work properly either they told us to just use a different door and that this had been a problem for a while, Mind you that the broken door was the closest to our room. However the breakfast was as good as it gets when it comes to a continental breakfast and the gentleman they had serving/attending the breakfast room was the best employee we came across in our stay he was polite and very helpful. Overall I would not have my family stay there again.

Close to shopping and restaurants

Toilet overflowed on the first flush. Beds were comfortable.

Close to places but that's about it.

Rooms smelled of old stale cigarettes. Dogs in other rooms barking none stop. Pool area was small and very loud.

Nightmare at the Red Roof

It was horrible we checked in and left with in a couple hours. The rooms had a horrible smell and we all started feeling sick. The toilet on the one room was blocked up and it tipped ofc the wall and couldn't be used. The sheets were filthy in that room and I'm pretty sure had not been changed in our room either. We made numerous attempts to get somewhere with the staff. Finally fed up and after numerous attempts we found new accomadations 25 miles going back the way we came. The kids were cranky and upset because the new accommodation didn't have a pool. What a way to start a vacation. On top of that they refuse to refund all of our money.

Overall cleanliness was not very good. I had bug bites on my shoulders the next morning. The hottub jets did not work. The pool was ok or the kids. The breakfast was good. It was kept hot and clean at all times. Check in and out was very easy with Expedia.
