This is a very busy hotel on weekends due to its proximity to event center so usually loads of young families, lots of children. The pool was over run the weekend we were there ue to dance competitors and baseball players staying at the hotel.

Desk staff was extremely rude when the reservation was wrong. I called several days ahead to have our two rooms next to each other (one for the teens and one for parents) and when we got there they rooms were on opposite ends of the hotel.Her statement was “we can’t make everyone happy” and “I’ve got a lot of groups I’ve checked in today and you are getting here later.” She was unprofessional and condescending.

The only reason i chose this hotel was so my wife and i could spend time together in the hot tub. It was roped off and closed. If they would of told me at check in i would of understood and made other arrangements. My wife was very upset. The room was nice otherwise except that it had no fridge. The staff seemed ok and its not there fault but someone could of at least put up a hot tub closed sign....

Great room design
I love the 2 nice closets and a separate area with sink and mirror so one person can get ready while the other is in the shower. The Bar sink and tiny kitchenette was very handy too. Good size room with a nice sofa & ottoman and a desk. This is an older hotel with a few nicks, but overall clean and a great price. There were several places to eat nearby and casino too although we didn't go there to gamble. We went to the nearby AMC 17 theater to see a movie. Friendly staff. Breakfast was a little below average, but coffee was good.

When we showed up to check in there was a meeting going on and someone was chewing everyone out. Ends up it was a hotel meeting and we had to wait 20 minutes to check in while everyone was being chewed out. Then room we got looks nothing like room I reserved. Was told it was an Expedia issue. Then there started to be a loud dripping noise in bathroom. Went back to desk to wait a bit for help and they sent someone up, who knew what it was immediately said it is a problem throughout hotel and the stacks. So then a very nice lady seemed concerned and actually wanted to help resolve and found a room that did not have that noise. Final disappointment was when reserved, I did because it said bar on premise and we get a free beverage with one key. When my wife asked was told only do that when they are busy. One lady at desk was great and maintenance guy that went to room, while couldn't fix did seem to understand. Otherwise I didn't feel like we were even wanted. But perhaps my opinion started because of the meeting where people were being chewed out and that was more important than checking us in even though we weren't even first in line someone there before us

The room had a really nice space to it and the people at the front desk amazingly friendly and helpful! The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were good! The room coffee was good. breakfast scones were really good. recommend this place and we would stay here again!

Extremely noisy neighbors ruined the trip for me. Shaking our floor at 1 am. The staff was nice, rooms were clean. Dont go with this route just because the breakfast is included.
