Would have left if other hotels available

First impression of area behind desk was very sloppy and dirty. Room was "garden level" and smaller than a cruise ship cabin. The two pillows were smaller than throw pillows. When I asked the front desk for additional pillows, none were available. When I asked for additional towels, only thing available was bath mats. Cigarette burns on bedspread. Carpet looked dirty. Room smelled strongly of air freshener. Breakfast was closed down before we left at 9:45 so can't comment.
Unfortunately because of the College World Series going on, we had to pay well over 3 times what a room like this would normally cost.
