Clerk gave me a handicap room when I am far from handicap so I went to get another room and clerk laughed bout me not wanting to stay in that room. When I reserved a room for qween bed and the next room she gave me was double bed.

Pros: Continental breakfast
We had a very nice stay at the hotel. It was close to the dog track and eating establishments.

Pricey for what you get

Pros: It's a decent location
Cons: If you aren't going to upgrade the facility then you need to become a super cheap economy hotel. I'd say it's more of a $49 per night hotel, not $100
Location: There's shopping, fuel and good restaurants close by
The room seemed damp and dingy. They charge extra for two people in a room. We checked out early for a flight and she made us wait so she could print some other document before printing our receipt.

Cheap overnight experience

I was looking for a one-night stay on the cheap. Facility qualified on the score but the price point eliminated the value aspect . Room was ok. Shower head almost dysfunctional. Analog tv stations were hard to watch. High end stations were digital and NOT listed on card.

water pressure

Cons: water pressure
Location: there are casinos, movie theater, shopping area, places to eat near by
The hotel was nice and clean. A little confusing with the way the halls were set up. Got to our room it was nice and clean. The bed was comfy. the few things I didn't like was no tv guide, no towels we had to call to get extra, and the big kicker, DEFAINTLY NO WATER PRESSURE!! Its a great place to go if you just want to sleep n leave but not for the price. And for the price I had to pay it should of had better water pressure.

Would have left if other hotels available

Cons: Cleanliness, bedding, lobby area.
First impression of area behind desk was very sloppy and dirty. Room was "garden level" and smaller than a cruise ship cabin. The two pillows were smaller than throw pillows. When I asked the front desk for additional pillows, none were available. When I asked for additional towels, only thing available was bath mats. Cigarette burns on bedspread. Carpet looked dirty. Room smelled strongly of air freshener. Breakfast was closed down before we left at 9:45 so can't comment. Unfortunately because of the College World Series going on, we had to pay well over 3 times what a room like this would normally cost.

It took three tries to get a decent room.

Pros: The clerk was friendly but didn't show much effort except to swipe another key in trying to resolve things.
Cons: If a key fails take responsibility and go with us to the room to let us in. Offer a discount or free stay or something when there are major problem!
Four trips back to the check-in desk. Two tries with different keys to the first room that did not work. Got a key to room across hall and no more than started to settle in and the shower head blew up on our son. So back to the front desk to get another key and a different room & packed up and got into another room which finally worked out. Bath tub sealing was peeling but everything worked so we stayed. Be tough sell to get my family to stay in a Super 8 again!

Bed hurt my back !

I wasn't told about my receipt from Super 8 would be lower than what Expedia charged my card , So I won't get my full reimbursement ! That cost me out of pocket about $20 I'm very unhappy ! Steve Wright

i specifically requested and paid for a king bed but had to settle for twin beds.
