The lady at the front desk for the checkin yesterday was really kind, professional & courteous. Very similar experience with the gentlemen who dropped us off at the airport this morning. Overall impressed by the hotel.

Lied about shuttle. Did not pick us up even tho we verified. Room bathroom had rust stains, heard planes all night, towels smelled like cheap bleach, shower water was hot thankfully, outlets did not work. No vending, even tho a label for it. Boxes in the main hallway to build cheap chairs for outside. In morning rang bell for 15 min, guy was shuttle, checkout, breakfast, and same rude guy from morning. Dirty on a deep level, surface clean.

Manager was very kind but property having faulty AC units, bathroom tub and pipes are worst condition. AC unit noise, don’t let you sleep.

Room was close to elevator and bed was comfortable. But based on Expedia's site I believed it was a handicap accessible room but it was not. Breakfast was not entirely enjoyable. Limited choices, eggs were overcooked and rubbery.

We were in the accessible room. It is in desperate need of an update, especially the bathroom. The tub area was so bad neither of us used it and I had planned on a shower. We were only able to wash up at the sink. Also, it is NOT accessible. My friend uses a walker so we could have gotten her in the tub, but if she were using a wheelchair it would not have worked. It is not a walk in. The grab bars around the toilet are not placed correctly. There is a very limited place to put anything. One of us had to use the coffee table to put luggage, so we could not use it for anything else like sitting at to eat. Marks and holes on the walls, curtains and carpet. It was dark and dingy. The breakfast was even bad. I have never had that experience at any hotel. We were grateful the beds were clean and comfortable at least. And the lobby was nice and clean as well.

I waited for 20 minutes to check in because the front desk worker was also the shutttle guy and was taking someone to airport. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working, the ice machine was broke on first floor, and the pool was “out of order” which was very disappointing because we had a toddler.

Great location as far as airport proximity goes. Staff was excellent especially Jen ( or Jill). Very prompt on airport shuttle pick up. Nothing really around the area. One restaurant at Marriott up street and Shell gas and grocery mart. No parks or strip malls, just industrial parks and park/ fly. Pool was good but small. Breakfast not so great. Basic, clean room, served the purpose. Creation Museum close by but better have a rental card, public transit next to nothing and taxis hard to get. Museum is must see!

Very close to airport for early flights, clean, stayed in a suite which was spacious, had fridge and jacuzzi tub. Will stay again for cleanliness and convenience to the airport alone!

This was an excellent stay, especially for the price. Free shuttle back-and-forth to the airport. It was very clean. Every staff member was extremely nice. My only complaint was the desks were hard to move based on my business needs, but I don’t count that against the hotel us whoever.

The front main door would not close on its own, I had to pull/push forcefully to close. Bathroom door did not close completely. Top of Door hit door jam. Refrigerator in room was noisy, opened it up and there were 2 drain containers capturing water from the freezer. Bed was comfortable, Pillows were ok.

Terrible experience overall. We got checked in and went up to the room , bathroom was locked so we couldn’t get into it . Went downstairs and rang the bell - nobody came , I stood there for over 30 min waiting for someone to come to the desk . At the same time alarm on the ground floor was going off . Finally after over 30 min attendant comes back from outside . I tell him that our bathroom is locked , he says I’ll give you a new room , I asked if a new room will also have a king bed since that’s what I booked , he said no , only 2 beds , I asked if we could get upgraded he said he’s not authorized to do that . At this point I was just tired so I took the keys . We go to the new room and there are stink bugs on both beds and on the curtain , at this point we just cleaned it up and went to bed since I wasn’t willing to spend half of the night waiting for attendant again , who also seemed to be the only employee available as well , I didn’t see another employee that night at all . Very disappointing experience
