I booked this hotel for my in-laws that were visiting from Germany. We were all very disappointed in the customer service and cleanliness of the hotel. The first problem is that my in-laws did not receive fresh towels for the first few days of their trip. Even after my brother-in-law addressed the issue of the room cleanliness and fresh towels with the front desk, nothing happened. The next day, my in-laws returned to their room - the door was open and lights were on in the bathroom but the room and bathroom had not been cleaned - and no fresh towels. I called myself to discuss with the hotel - and told them about our complaints. I was assured that the executive housekeeper would be informed - however, disappointingly the room was still not made up and no fresh towels. My husband had to still go the next day to personally and confront the hotel about the lack of response. Needless to say, I was quite disappointed that even our minimum expectations (cleaned room/fresh towels) were not met. And on top of that, it put a cloud over my in-laws' visit and I was quite embarrassed about the whole situation! I will definitely not be booking this hotel again!
