Everything was ok, the room did have a different odor. The biggest irritation is the double charge on my card that is yet to be resolved. I got this room through Expedia and paid through them. I was given a 0 balance on my receipt since it was charge through a third party but then charged my room to my card that was supposed to be used only for incidentals. Was told this was your mistake but is still yet to be paid back to me. Making me question if I will use a Marriot again.

We stayed in a king suite, but the rooms are incredibly dated. Felted like we walked back in time. If that was the only negative, I think we would have been fine. The front desk staff and onsite bistro bar is really nice, but what made the trip poor was the housekeeping. We stayed at the hotel for 8 days and only had our room serviced twice. They forgot to come back after the first servicing and we kept having to visit front desk every night for towels and washcloths, soap refills, coffee, and etc. It took multiple nights of doing this and asking staff why our room kept getting skipped before they finally escalated to management and serviced the room again on our last day before we left. However, even then, still no vacuum or cleaning done. Just towels replaced and bed made. I felt this property was really lacking in room quality and cleanliness from housekeeping. Would not recommend.

Room was fine. Problem with someone checking out as us and causing us to waste time at front desk. Expensive breakfast at their "bistro." Wouldn't stay here again if there was a comparable alternative even though it had a pool and nice gym.

Customer service was excellent. Hot tub was cold and they immediately sent maintenance to repair. King room with balcony was spacious and clean. Was great for a cuples weekend trip. Would recommend.

Two night stay for a funeral. Hotel is comfortable and clean. It has a bar /bistro in the lobby which is a nice touch. Our King room was not ready so we opted for a 2 Queen room which was fine. Not a fancy hotel but very serviceable

Could smell the fresh cleaners when walking into room, A . The only think I could knock is I wish the AC cooled the room off a tad more. Don’t get me wrong it kept the room at a fine temp, but I get super hot at night and could’ve used it just a bit colder. Other than that everything was great. Definitely will re-book upon coming back in a few months.

Property was beautiful. Area around the property was wonderful with lots of geese a Starbucks within walking distance. The hostess at the front desk was not to great. She asked a lot of questions that the relevance of were starting to raise suspicions in our ability to pay or just our being there in general. The hostess said that they were just company questions that they have to ask are their guest. Oddly the Courtyard Marriott that I had just left that morning in San Antonio didn’t ask those types of questions.
