It is what it isPosted Nov 10, 2015
Pros: Price was awesome
Location: Near the exit with plenty of dining options and a shopping mall nearby.
If you're looking to stay at the Ritz-Carlton, this isnt it. But it was good enough for a place to sleep and that's all my brother and I needed for after the Bengals game. If youre spending time at the hotel, I would probably choose elsewhere.

Cons: Horrible Smoke smell. Even though I had a non-smoking room, you could smell cigarette smoke everywhere.
Standard room. NO complaints except cigarette smell in whole hotel.

Bed bugsPosted Oct 17, 2015
I've stayed here once before and had no problems. The building is old and needs updated and worked on but that's no big deal for me since I only planned to sleep and shower then leave. However this stay I immediately saw a dead bug on the corner of the box spring. The staff was very nice and I was refunded. Unfortunately no matter how good the rest is bed bugs give it a zero in my book.

Good Hotel for The PricePosted Oct 15, 2015
This hotel is pretty decent for the price. We stayed for just 1 night after a wedding in Dayton so for us it wasn't worth it getting an expensive hotel for such a quick stay. We wanted something close to the airport and this one did the job. Overall we had a good experience hotel staff was friendly, rooms were clean as well as bathroom stocked with towels. Only downside is the smell in the room but nothing you can't handle. The plus is free continental breakfast. If you are traveling for business or a quick trip this is a good hotel.

great GMPosted Sep 24, 2015
Justin, at the desk and everywhere is a terrific asset to this modestly priced hotel. His service made the difference between an overnight in an economy hotel and a really pleasant experience.

Very clean and Comfortable place to stay.Posted Sep 21, 2015
Pros: I like the fact that the staff was very nice and our room was cozy and clean.
Cons: The free breakfast was not what we expected. Maybe add some Bagels and Cream cheese or something additional like that.
Location: Location was great!
My husband and I were there just over night. Very nice staff. Room was great! very quiet and we were put at the end room where there was no noise. Very clean room and smelt very nice. The only disappointment was the free breakfast in the morning. Was not what I was expecting. But other then that, we really enjoyed our stay.

I was advised upon check-in that the hotel had overbooked, and the rooms we had reserved were unavailable, but they had rooms for the same price, which I agreed to due to the fact that we had been travelling all day and were ready to relax. The bathroom was filthy, the bathroom light burned out overnight, breakfast was disappointing to say the least. Upon returning home, I checked my credit card account only to find that we had been charged for four rooms, instead of the three that we reserved and checked in to, so now I find myself having to fight to get that resolved. I should have paid more money for a decent place to stay.
