I was unable to check . They refused to take cash. It should have been placed on the site or told to me when booking. Very upset was late to an event becsuse of this.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. Expedia it was advertised as a Riverview room available but when we arrived they said there were no Riverview rooms. But it was still a good stay.

Pros: staff
Cons: clean windows
Location: nice location near the Mainstrasse area
Very nice staff upon check in and also in the morning when we left. The only thing I didn't like was that the windows were filthy. I think from the outside.

Management and staff were wonderful. I wasn't familiar with the area and they offered suggestions of places that I could go around town. Loved my stay.

there was nothing for the kitchette, that's the reason we choose this motel because we were going to need it for a few months, but nothing there to cook with, could have gone cheaper motel with just fridge and microwave.

Overall, it was alright. Could have been much better. As soon as we walked into our non-smoking room we were immediately hit with the smell of smoke. We called the front desk to let them know so they didnt think it was us & charge us the $250 fee. They offered us some Febreeze to cover the smell. Since this is an Extended Stay the rooms are equipped with kitchenettes however we had absolutely no utensils of ANY kind. Nothing. Which we needed. I had to track down housekeeping who took me to a room directly next to ours to get what I needed. Lastly, the outlet in our bathroom didnt work. At all. We reset it from the outlet & from the breaker box but nothing. Made for a pretty inconvenient stay.

Not a bad place to stay. No hair dryer in the room, continental breakfast was lacking
