Hotel room stunk to high heaven.

Room stunk to high heaven of a Indian food stinch. Front desk sprayed some odorizer which helped for a bit, but not for long. Bathroom is small, no blow dryer. Doubtful I'll ever revisit another time.

My boyfriend and I needed a hotel to stay the night for a concert in the Covington area and it was absolutely perfect!! I would definitely recommend! The hotel is nice and clean and the staff are very friendly! Its in a very convenient area with alot of fast food/small restaurant areas within walking distance.

Everything was great & cozy .... The room were so comfortable & clean , relaxing too. The bed were extremely soft , comfortable .

Stripped down but clean and the price was right.

Pros: Clean and new.
Cons: Room hairdryers would be nice and a few plastic cups.
Location: Tons fo restaurants close by. Lots of options.
The hotel was very clean and new. The only ice machine was on the 1st floor. Most rooms had no glasses or even plastic cups, but they could be requested at the desk. There were no hairdryers in the room, but you could get one at the front desk. Teh free breakfast was coffee and muffins and granola bars - which was fine for our group.

Staff is wonderful- very responsive and helpful. We found the bathroom had not been cleaned and called the front desk. Someone came up right away and went the extra mile to clean it - very friendly and prompt. I don't think the incident reflects the hotel at all - the bathroom was just overlooked - it happens I suppose but the hotel personnel responded right away and were all wonderful. Quiet rooms, comfortable. Would stay there again.

CLOSE TO THE NEWPORT AQUARIUM

Pros: We particularly liked the affordability and the location.
Cons: The free continental breakfast was very basic and there was really no place to sit and eat it.
Location: It was close to the Newport Aquarium and the Riverwalk murals in Covington.
We had been invited to a wedding to a in Cincinnati, Ohio. The reception was to be at the Newport Aquarium. We found this property to be quite affordable and close to the the Aquarium. Since we just needed a place to spend the night, we were not concerned with a lack of a pool. Our room had been recently remodeled and included a kitchen. The room was clean and was great for our overnight stay.

We showed up to a room that did not have lightbulbs in all light fixtures. Most fixtures were unplugged. Some outlets did not work. The bathroom was so small that you could not close the door comfortably with yourself inside the bathroom (hit yourself with the door). The TV remote did not work (could not exit out of the start up menu). And the location! Directly under the highway!

Checked in at 10p. Walked into the room with beds that had not been made. It looked like people had literally rolled right out of them. The room smelled like b.o. and smoke. The front desk person was apologetic and reassigned our room. Second room still smelled of smoke, even though the windows were left open (keep in mind, it is Early March in Ohio) but at least the beds were made. Overall, dirty and just ok lodging. Will not stay in this hotel chain again
