Room was full of hair. Bed gave us itchy feeling from the bed sheet and blankets. Water stand in the bathtub. Key card were issued only for 1day and we were locked out 3times. Staffs kept asking if we have any dues. As we paid upfront through Expedia, still they were providing 1 day keys. This was our 6th stay in this hotel and it’s getting worse day by day.

It's adequate. Clean but short on helpfulness.
Good place to heck in for a flight early morning to CVG. Front desk was painfully slow getting me in. When I went to leave for a 6 am flight there was no one around to give keys to or get a receipt. My company is now saying they will not reimburse without the document so I am just writing it off to the experience gained. Hotel was clean, adequate but the rooms on either side were pretty loud. Good thing I can sleep through an earthquake. Probably will ask for an end room or have them define front desk policies in the future.

I wanted to save some money because I was traveling with my cat. You definitely get what you pay for with this hotel. Housekeeping does the best I can with what they have. But the place is pretty sketchy. I was not able to get the television to work. It would scramble and then come on clear for about five seconds and then go to no signal. I had to watch Netflix on my phone Wi-Fi is wide open and also not reliable. The breakfast option is some coffee and basically some oatmeal bars to go. I felt pretty unsafe while I was there, and was very glad to get out in the morning.

My check in was very easy. The receptionist also really professional, friendly and helpful. Our room is really nice and is perfect for an extended stay even though we only stayed one night. I will definitely recommend.

Pam was very nice and helpful at checking in. Her and her staff was amazing. The hotel is so clean and it really feels like you are at home. They are amazing. They have kitchen stuff for you to use just ask them to get it. They care about your safety. Could not have asked for a better stay. Very pet friendly. You truly fell like you are at home. We went the extra mile when we checked out to bag up all of our trash and to bag up our dirty lien for the housekeeper. This was our way of saying thank you. There kitchen is fully furnished,.full living room, bathroom and bedroom and a work space. Anna mazing.wimsow view. Everything is keeped up todate. Very clean and very will keeped up with mantness.

I didn’t even get to check in because I have pets and they didn’t have any pet rooms available, but the lady also did not offer me to switch me to another extended-stay, which there was another one in town. She just rather send me out the door.

First, what staff I did have an interaction with were very nice but that's where it ends. The lobby is dirty and smelled bad and the entire property including my room smelled like smoke!! The room had busted up dirty furniture, a few bugs on the floor, the stove was horrible!! If Taylor Swift wasn't in town I would have booked another hotel and ate the price of this awful place but unfortunately everywhere was booked!! I went to Walmart to buy a fleece throw so I didn't have to sit or lay on anything!! I would not recommend this place to anyone and they should be ashamed to let their property, furniture ect.. get that bad!!!

The room was clean. There was a lot of cleaner residue on the floor, and it felt a bit sticky. The hallway leading to the room could have used a good carpet cleaner. The kitchen and bathroom were clean, but the room has been very hard used in the past.

Our room was a nonsmoking room, but it was clear someone had smoked in it. The whole hotel had a slight smell of smoke. The floor in our kitchenette was super sticky like it hadn't been cleaned. There was really no lobby and the pool had been concreted in. Very few amenities for the price we paid.

It is obvious this unit is a unit in middle of updating. If it was not for the woman who recieved us on 3/14 after hours my rating would be much different than it is. She made everything right to the extent that it was within her power. This unit is not as depicted in pictures but rooms we ended up in were freshly renovated so I reported the few items that still needed tweaking. Evening shift desk clerk is your most positive asset.
