The overnight front desk clerk was so helpful. I had signed up for a 4 a.m. airport shuttle and she helped me to make the shuttle as well as checkout over the phone from the airport due to an oversight on my part. She really went the extra mile. I am very grateful for your great customer service.

This was for a friends group who spent the day at the Creation Museum and planned to visit the Ark Encounter the next day. Plenty of eating options close by. Lovely hot breakfast and very comfortable room and bed.

My husband and I came to Cincinnati to go to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Sadly and to my horror he died from a heart attack in the room. The associates were so helpful and kind during this shocking event. They even had a signed sympathy card for me at checkout. I pray many blessings over this Hampton Inn's associates.

We couldn’t be happier with the hotel. Flew in at midnight and got picked up within 10 minutes. Check in was so easy and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Great breakfast and quick friendly checkout. Shuttle back to airport really fast and efficient. I would say you get more for your money for sure. Thanks for the stay!!!

The staff was very friendly. Plenty of places within walking distance to go eat at very close to the hotel. The hallway on the 2nd floor had a mess by the escalator since yesterday evening,still wasn't cleaned up when we left late morning today

Not a typical Hampton inn. Very dated and bed was hard as a rock. Amenities were very little. Breakfast was like the others but that was it. First Hampton inn I have stayed at that was not on a level of excellent service and accommodation like the rest of the chain.

The hotel was extremely clean FYI if you want your room cleaned you have to ask for it they do not automatically clean your room and if you do not want to be disturbed make sure you put your sign on the outside of your door their breakfast and their staff were amazing the rooms are extremely small The View was spectacular of the City of Florence you could walk to several restaurants and stores we went to the ark encounter and the Creation Museum this hotel was right in the middle
