Garth Brooks show

First of all, I called to book (two rooms) our stay to go to the Garth Brooks concert for a Saturday night and after thinking about it decided to book the night before so we could have some time in Cincinnati. I did not realize it but I booked one through Expedia and the other through Hampton. After our first night the hotel made us change rooms (called us while we were eating lunch) to accommodate "their" booking so we had to move all our items to another room which took out part of our stay visiting Cincinnati. By the time it was worked out, it took us over 2 hours. We were not treated in a mannerly way regarding this issue. Also, the next day our elevator totally broke down leaving everyone stranded in the morning to take our luggage down 5 flights of stairs. Other than that, this hotel is very nice and new and clean.
