The facility and the room were very nice. Everything was clean and the decor was not dated. The staff could have been friendlier. We accidentally went to the Holiday Inn Express down the road and they were so friendly and kind.

The whole experience is a bad job of lipstick on a pig. Unclean, strange upgraded bits but overall a hotel in 1980 condition, not smelling well, call it Riverfront but has no view at any moment. Felt duped

Overall, our stay at the hotel was excellent in every aspect. From the comfortable rooms to the exceptional service, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. However, there was one discrepancy with the Google listing that was disappointing. The listing mentioned an indoor pool, which was the main reason for our booking, but upon arrival, we discovered they only had an outdoor pool. Despite this oversight, we decided to stay, and it turned out to be a great experience regardless. We hope the hotel can address this issue with their Google listing to avoid similar disappointments for future guests.

Though efforts to update the facility, particularly the bathrooms have been made, the overall feel was dated. It is difficult to keep carpeting looking fresh and the beds were soft. The staff was very accomodating during a tornado siren, helping us shelter in the basement and offering free drinks.

We take any issues of pests extremely seriously and had a third party perform a thorough inspection upon receiving your review. The results were negative, but we did take extra precautions to ensure the room does not contain pests of any kind. We contract with a vendor for preventative pest control, as well as have random inspections provided by the Health Department on a semi-annual basis to ensure pest control, as well as overall cleanliness standards, are maintained. Friendly staff, well lit front parking lot, good shower, plenty of towel and k-cups. Bed was not very supportive but we managed. The pillows were like sleeping on a cotton ball - bring your own.

Check in was quick and easy, room was quiet and clean. Property is nearby many dining options and a quick drive to Mainstrasse Village. We found the hotel to be efficient by having shampoo/conditioner pumps in the shower rather than single small bottles, as well as one microwave per floor. Would stay here again.

We asked a housekeeper for towels and toilet paper and she was very rude about it, then complained about us to her coworker within earshot of us. The whole place just felt grimy. We saw cigarette butts on the floor in the hallway and used needles in the parking lot.
