Very clean hotel and looks newly updated. Spacious rooms and friendly staff. Nothing really nearby but also not far by vehicle to restaurants.

Reserved 2 rooms and was double charged for both stays on my credit card, then got the runaround on how and when my money would be refunded. My rooms smelled of sewage and the elevator was broke down the entire time which I wasn’t informed of before paying for my room. I was forced to drag several large pieces of light up 3 flights of stairs while pregnant. Received no accommodations for my inconvenience.

The elevator didn’t work. We were on the third floor. Having to carry luggage, a pack n play, and kids up 3 flights of stairs was terrible. The pool had no towels. We used the guest dryer (which cost $3) and it didn’t even work. The room was nice and breakfast was good.

The blonde lady with glasses who checked us in was so nice. I talked to her a few different times while we were there. The hotel is nice. Alot of shops and restaurants nearby. I Highly recommend this spot

Simply a sub-par stay. Upon checking in, the door did not latch & lock without slamming it shut. It looked like someone tried to kick the door down the night before. The pool looked rusty & the bottom of it was flaking off & rough to the touch. Our room was directly above the banquet room where the Sneaker Bash Party was being held. The music was extremely loud we couldn’t go to sleep until after the event stopped at 10pm. We have 2 small kids who usually go to sleep by 8:30pm. The next morning the pancake machine was broken which was a bummer b/c we promised our daughter some pancakes. The staff wasn’t very inviting at all. I felt like a bother when asking a question. I wouldn’t recommend anyone I know stay there.

This was the noisiest hotel stay I’ve ever had. You can literally hear everything going on in rooms next to you. Kids running around, toilets flushing, conversations- just terrible.

All of the personnel were very friendly. The lady when we checked in (Fatima) went to great lengths to make sure we were comfortable. I have trouble walking and our room was originally at the very end of the hallway from the elevator. We asked if there was a room closer to the elevator and she immediately switched us to a room much closer.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in
I had an amazing stay at that hotel. Everyone was so nice and so helpful. The wrong was very clean in the bed was so comfortable and that was quiet as it was that loud noise the atmosphere just clean and there a gym and a call just really really nice time. We’re really nice time there.

The gal who was on nights during our stay was so nice. We enjoyed our stay. The only things that kept it from higher scores for me were the bathtub had a lot of rust spots that you could feel when you showered, the toilet didn't flush well, there was a very musty smell in the entrance/bathroom area and the hot breakfast that was served until 10, almost everything hot was gone by 9 so you have to be downstairs super early if you want any chance at it

Hotel was fine except the last two nights, loud, drunk idiots in the room next to me would not quiet down past 1am! I only slept 4 hours. Complained to the front desk but the problem continued.
