Good option in San Francisco with free parking

We had room right next to elevator so it was quite noisy. Breakfast room without tables, only couple of bar stools. But room was nice and clean.

Nice clean hotel close to everything.

Good part of town

We really liked how safe the neighborhood was, but the office staff was not accommodating. We had requested adjoining rooms when we booked, and they said they didn't have any, which was ok, but then friends checked in three hours later...into the room next door. Check in took forever, too.

The room decent. Parking was tight, but spots were always available no matter the time of day.

Bed Bugs

The room looked fantastic upon first arrival. We had both a microwave and a fridge however, after two days we had bug bites all over our faces and arms and legs. The continental breakfast was a joke. They had juice a loaf of bread for toast and 3 cereals to choose from. The walls were SUPER thin we could hear everything going on downstairs, next to us, and outside. We did not end up sleeping much.

Bedbugs are a most annoying pest that every hotel is forced to deal with from time to time - they gain access to hotel rooms very easily, and are very difficult for housekeeping staff to see. Hotel close to relatives

Location: Location is Cow Hollow 2blocks off union Street in the Marina district.
We chose this hotel for one reason only- it is within a block of our family. The outside of the hotel looks cheap & the elevator was old & rattling. The room itself was dark but clean & the bed was very comfortable.The remote on the TV did not work for our entire stay & while the staff did try to fix it, the replacement remote also did not work & we could not access any channels. The continental breakfast was in a clean room & was quite good. We normally would not stay in this type of accommodation but will probably do so again because of it's proximity to our family. The price is reasonable for San Francisco.

Room was clean but very small. The King bed seemed lumpy an very uncomfortable. Remote for tv didn't work correctly. We would stay again as we have for last 38yrs. Richard Ramos

Bedbugs with great location

+. Location and part of room renovated, mini fridge and microwave - Bedbugs in room 317 in morning of day 3 out of 6. Staff never smile, lazy( if guest dropped milk on the floor they don't clean. The staff walks on it), instead of answering phone they are texting in the back room). Adding a little care, this place can be a gem but right now I will not be going back to the Capri motel. Still waiting for my deposit refund and bedbugs refund as the manager said.
