With a fully equipped kitchen including gas cooking and microwave, ensuring meal time is easy to cook up a storm or enjoy a bbq on the large deck with outdoor setting. The large kitchen bench has 8 stools and the kitchen adjoins the dining room. There's plenty of seating in the lounge area with lots of room for everyone to sit around and enjoy a movie on the TV or snuggle up and read a book close by the wood heater in the cooler months. Or, take your book outside to the massive deck extension and relax on the sun loungers. The garage is not available for guest use. Parking for one car is available in the driveway. \*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property\* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation. You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations.
