Easy Access to beach

Pros: Easy access to town and beach.
Cons: More beach towels!!!!
Great for those looking for a place that's not too pricey. Meal plan was available that included all drinks. Only problem I encountered was almost never receiving a pool towel when requested, which was very frustrating.

Cheap but underwhelming.

We booked over the New Years period and found the place to be significantly cheaper than those around it. The area is somewhat pricey even more so over NYE, but really if I paid that money in the US or Australia I would expect better conditions. The worst was the wifi and internet, seriously unworkable in a lot of the rooms, even the set up computer was barely connectable. I'm not talking about Facebook etc. more so internet banking apps and travel bookings which are essential to travel which struggled to load and was frustrating. Everything was just okay. The restaurant was a plus however and I would recommend the breakfast and most meals as they were cheap and a great serving. All in all the place is great if you are diving and nothing else, however if you are looking for a place which is more comfortable I would consider spending a few more dollars elsewhere.

Internet was terrible, unable to use for planning dinners out or emailing friends back home.

Need updates!!

The bedding was horrible! Ols sheets and the cover had holes! The ONE thing I care about, and I’m sure that I’m not the only one, that cares about the bedding. Especially when the most important thing of any hotel is the beds. You want to come back to the hotel after a long day out to lay on clean sheets and not be scared in getting under them! That’s how I felt, i was grossed out about the sheets and cover that I didn’t want to get under them! I definitely wont be going back.

Non divers

Pros: Clean, comfortable and good amenities
Cons: Refrigerators in all room. The ice chest left on each floor quickly became water so getting ice was a bit of a challenge.
Location: Diving, Diving, Diving! Actually with a car you can get to stores, restaurants very easily.
This hotel definitely caters to divers. As a non diver my husband and I had the pool all to ourselves...very nice. The staff is very accommodating and we found the room and restaurant to be clean and comfortable. Morning brunches were very yummy. I liked the fact that this is a smaller hotel. We would stay here again!

Decent but perhaps we are spoiled

The staff was very nice and the property was enjoyable. Food in the restaurant was inexpensive and good. The beach access allowed good snorkeling. The only downside was the room. It was very dated in style and the furniture was sparse and old. The air conditioner tended to rattle when it was cooling which woke us up and the air was musty. We stayed one night at the end of our trip since our resort was booked. The resort we had been in is very nice and thus perhaps we were spoiled by the time we arrived.

Worse part was no real internet access in the rooms. One had to go to the lobby and then it was slow. No safe in the room, but there was one in the lobby that worked out. No breakfast included and I typically had to ask for a second cup of coffee. The staff was nice and polite.

Far from town

We had a room on the 3rd floor which was kept very clean and was quiet. I feel like the beach club is too far away if you don't have a rental car and very expensive in a taxi to get to. The access to the sea across the road was closed while we were there so it was just the pool for us. Too far from town and the food in the onsite restaurant was awful. I ordered a soup and hot dog and fries. The soup was Lukewarm and oily and the fries stone cold. We didn't order again after that. I felt the waiter looked almost sad as he delivered the food. He obviously knows of it's low quality. Santos the bartender was lovely and gave excellent service (very strong margaritas) and the gardens are beautiful and housekeeping are doing a fantastic job. I think the extra $5 us per day is too much as I doubt many are using the beach club. A free lift there and back in the onsite van would have been nice.

Nice hotel with a friendly staff.

Very friendly, accommodating staff. Large clean pool with swim up bar. Restaurant had a breakfast buffet and omelette chef every morning. A bridge takes you over the road to a hidden, quiet small beach.
