Property is beautiful and the service excellent. All restaurants inside the property were amazing. the city center is 15 min drive away, no walking distance things to do outside the property.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Much larger beach than other locations on Cozumel. Very friendly staff. Food was better than expected. Will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at El Presidente. It is by far the best place to stay on Cozumel. We had a beachfront room and were able to snorkel daily right outside of our door. It's very quiet and relaxing with not much to do except relax, snorkel, and dive. We had our 15-year-old son with us, and I was a little worried that there wouldn't be much else to do, but he was satiated with just the daily snorkeling since there's so much marine life to see. If I were to make any suggestions to the hotel, I would recommend offering a beverage and snack service to the Palapas right outside the rooms every hour or so....that was the only thing that I felt like was missing for a five star hotel.

I’m a scuba diver, the onsite dive shop Scuba Du is first rate! The hotel is perfect, if a little expensive for their restaurants. Highly recommended to all, including families. We were on Spring Break with 8 & 11 year old boys who loved the resort. There is great snorkeling directly off the beach. Definitely best hotel in Cozumel.

Best property on Cozumel, Rooms all nice we had two room suite next to beach with Jacuzzi.... worth it! Dive shop on property was great, snorkeling was great, food was great, staff was great. Only issue was hotel is next to inlet where the boats dock that serviced the cruise ships .... one day 5 cruise ships docked. Outside was like a highway... not tranquil .... Also hard to get there.. took 2.5 hours from Cancun, taxi, ferry, taxi.. Was disappointed the concierge could not help with transportation... ask who was vetted and who to use ... also would be good to let you know how to get there as you have to take a ferrym been nice to picj us up at Ferry building, had to take crapy taxi. In MX it is a chaos all the time... would have been nice that a 5 star hotel handled this. Liked the stay wont go back because of how busy it was with all the boats and people in the water from cruise ships.

The property is beautifully maintained and the staff is so friendly and hardworking. The breakfast brunch was amazing, something for everyone including healthy options such as beets, green salad and chia seeds! The healthy options change daily. A senora makes tortillas and you can have quesadillas or tacos, plus all the usual breakfast offerings and lots of fresh fruit. I can't emphasize enough how well-run El Presidente is. The setting is beautiful.

Second time here - and just a lovely as the first time. Staff and location make this the best in Cozumel. Imanol provided excellent beach service and kept up with my husbands continual requests for ice. Food at Le Cap was fabulous -awesome poke bowl and sushi! Willem made the best dirty and espresso martinis. Spa was wonderful -shout out to Reuben who gives the best massage - although seemed a bit pricy this year as compared to 2023. But we plan to return in 2025.

Outstanding facility, amenities and staff. Located in a great area of Cozumel. Large pristine beach, with good snorkeling on premises. The only negative is the food is very mediocre.
