"Great snorkeling beach"
My husband, brother-in law, sister-in law, nephew, and I spent a week at Sunscape Sabor. It was a great experience. The rates were reasonable, the food was good, and there was plenty of entertainment available. We stayed in an ocean front suite in the Villa Palancar section. This location had a great view of the beach and sunset. It was also very close to the pool and 2 bars.

Actually had a hot tub. Staff was excellent. Funky design for a hotel. Hated being on 2 nd floor too many stairs, but only had elevator in lobby. Has a nice tunnel to beach and dive paradise for scuba cert. Or dive trips. Kid friendly but wasn't overbearing was mostly adults. Good food in restaurant.

"I had an amazing time!"
We had a wonderful time! Beach is gorgeous! Staff was great! Nolberto, the activities director, was so fun! Everyday he was by the beach getting everyone involved, we will miss him!! I wish that they would keep at least one pool open later, they all close at 8:00pm. We had a cell phone stolen at the beach one night, but other than that we had no problems! We would definitely go back. They are working on fixing things at the resort, some of the stairs going into the rooms are falling apart but they seemed to be working on that.

We enjoyed this place. When we got there our air condition was broke and the sent us across the street to a all inclusive hotel and took care of everything. The staff was very friendly and always smiling. The only problem we had was there was never any beach towels to use. Other than that I would go back with no problem.

"Cozumel Palace - My 2nd Home"
For the past two years, I've traveled to Cozumel and stayed at the Cozumel Palace. It's high ranking by most other visitors should be evidence enough of the exquisite facility. The amenities of The Palace can keep you delightfully engaged without ever leaving the hotel. However, this time I realized that I booked my second visit to this location not so much because of the wonderful accommodations, but because of the staff! The people make The Palace! When I arrived this year, the staff remembered me and embraced me like family they'd not seen in some time...and it was genuine. The staff at The Palace are top rate professionals who are not nice just because it is their job, but because of who they are. For those who are curious and open, they'll even share with you a sense of what Cozumel is like beyond the downtown resort area. They were patient teachers with me as well as I was stumbling over my spanish trying to get better:) On my final day there, I told one of my favorite staff members (Martha...the hostess with the beautiful smile and the divine personality) that if the staff left, I'd have to leave with them. You can get 4 or 5 star hotels in many places, but it is a rarity to find 5 star people. When you do, you shouldn't let them go easily. Can't wait to get back to my second home and see my Cozumel family again!

"It's all about the fish!"
Don't be whiners! It's Mexico. This little place is not a 5 star all inclusive, but it is a really fantastic budget all inclusive. The snorkeling right off of the beach is fantastic! The "dress up" restaurant is superb if you order the special that night. It will not disappoint. No the wifi isn't all that but you're on vacation! It comes and goes, just wait. If you want stronger drinks or premium liquor, just ask. They will remember the rest time you are there.
