Sunscape is a safe, easy to navigate property. The staff is fantastic and the snorkeling is good right at the property. The only thing I would say to improve is your restaurant options. The dining at Sunscape is very limited.

It is a nice quiet place to relax 😎I wish they had more options on the menu and waiters were a little more attentive regarding your order. I would suggest another pool area for adults. I’m very happy with the location, room cleanliness and surroundings areas kept always nice 👍

To be honest, there wasn’t much we liked about the.. from the moment we got there it was much crappier than any other resort we’ve stayed at in Cozumel or Playa Del Carmen. Didn’t give us that “Mexican resort feel”. The service was absolutely terrible at all of the restaurants on property especially the snack truck which was sometimes closed even when open.. we won’t talk about how long it’ll take you to get a freaking cheeseburger or fries. Place is ridiculous and every single person we spoke with while there agreed they’d never return to this particular resort. Parking was great when we first got there which gave us hope but we were continually let down throughout our stay. Our room was not clean when we got to it just looked to be “clean enough”. Food was terrible — we will never be back to this resort regardless of how much cheaper it is than the others. Never again.

All staff were super professional and friendly- esp Francisco, Alfredo, Rosata and Entertainment staff. Would have liked to play Bingo with tshirt etc prizes. Food was excellent Need to remind guests not to put t. Paper in toilet. Glad no smoking but saw people smoking on beach. Will return to this resort.

Too expensive. Property has been cut to a third. I've been there 15 times and that the last time I'm going to Sunscape. Much cheaper all inclusives on the island. Love the staff! Lovely people!

I loved this property because you were treated like an adult. No line ups to book restaurants and no warning about your towels. They were set out to be picked up every day and you took what you needed and returned what you were done with. No Hassle or worry about someone taking your towel and being charged for it at the end. Not having to stand in line every morning to book where and when you wanted to eat each night was a blessing. I don't want to waste my valuable vacation time doing this. This hotel has this figured out. Too bad the others don't follow suit. The hotel was small so good for people with mobility issues or those that can't handle walking in the massive hotels. They are very friendly here and always willing to help with a smile on their face. On the flip side, because they are so small, there is a snack truck for lunch and then a Mexican restaurant and international sit down restaurant to eat at. There is also a buffet restaurant available but kids are not allowed at this restaurant as it is shared with the hotel next door. Now, in saying this, the food was very good at all these however, the menu for lunch and supper are different but never changes in the sit locations so if you are staying longer than 7 days, it gets boring fast if you are not interesting in trying everything on the menu. I tend to be a bit picky. There was lots of chairs at the pool while we were there and we didn't have a problem finding chairs regardless of time of day.
