Pros: It was clean and newer.
Cons: I addressed that above.
House keeping was plain rude. At 9:00 am they went down the hall and opened every room door and let it slam shut. They can only clean 1 room at a time but it was there way to kick all of the guest out. They could care less if you were trying to sleep. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND staying here with that policy in place.

The staff was so professional, efficient and polite that we were caught off guard. It's a rare commodity these days.

Easy access to PA Turnpike, very friendly staff and clean updated rooms. Bistro in lobby was limited but just right for a quick meal after traveling all day. Overall good value and will stay again.

Pros: Friendly staff and clean, comfortable room
Staff was super friendly; room was comfortable and clean; bed was great; breakfast was great; location was great - easy in and out from the highway; lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Price was very reasonable. It's my go-to hotel when I visit Pittsburgh.

We had several activities in the Cranberry area, and this hotel was conveniently located for all events. It is close to restaurants and stores, and has an easy access. We were pleased with the service and the amenities of the hotel.

Pros: Comfortable bed and a nice room.... Rates could have been little lower ... I have stayed in Comfort Inn at a lower rate!!!
Cons: Hire more friendly staff for the front desk. ( Note: The lady who was there on September 6th midnight was really nice.....)
Location: malls, restaurants .... nothing much to do in that area...
Attitude of the front desk staff on September 7th morning around 9:42am is really rude ... Breakfast is good. Condition of the room is good. No one cleaned the room or replaced the towels or remove the garbage on the 8th morning. I had to cancel the hotel only due to the attitude of the front desk staff. I will not go back in there. I am not affected in anyway. I can only laugh at such people who do not care for their customers. I am in the Service Industry and I know how I treat my customers and hence, I felt the training or the attitude can be improved.....I do not want you all to post my remarks. Just letting you know so that you can improve in this area.....

The room was nice and clean. But I was there for 3 days and no one came to clean the room. I even went to the front desk on second day and ask if the maid service could stop. She seem not intrested in helping. And she didn't help, they didn't come by again
