There was a heated pool and one of the main reasons we picked it. Got there. Checked in. Went to check out the pool and our key would not work. Went to tge front desk and was informed tgat tge pool is closed and has been for weeks. But no one mentioned this at check in or on tge website.

Extremely affordable. Only 1 elevator working…inconvenient. Pool was not open…at all! No mention of this at all on website and we were only made aware upon check in. By then it was too late to cancel reservation! Huge disappointment to our kids.

This was probably by far the worst stay besides the employee at the front desk. Broken pool, and broken ice machines?? I only booked this hotel because of the pool and I had no idea it was not working or I would have booked a different hotel.

service and facilities have gone down the drain. This room doesnot have hair dryer, coffee maker, looked like a abandoned room. Never in my life have experienced a no show when u entered the hotel. This is the first time i faced it. I checked in late around 1 or 2 AMs since we were travelling and whole idea is to have a pitstop for sleeping. Receptionist was checking on her phone and we have to call her multiple times to grab her attention. It is pathetic when people are waiting at front desk and receptionist sitting right there and watching her phone.

The hotel is being updated, workers, supplies everywhere, had to step over carpet roles to get to room, glue smell, changed floors, no heat, never got any, used extra blankets and bundled up, no soap, cups, it's a mess, Not fit for guests at the moment!! Did not know about this until I got there.

Honestly, they're remodeling so power tools created the noise all day. BUT there were cosmetics left on the floor, piles of hair & dust on the bathrrom floor and the entire back of the couch had wet drywall on it from an obvious leak in the ceiling. We were only there for a few hours before a Steelers game and to sleep, no way we would have stayed if it was any longer. No one was ever at the front desk and when they did show up to check us in they had on a hoodie, beanie and ear buds. Upon check out, they were sitting there eating a bowl of cereal - ugh!

The room itself was comfortable, except for all the dead flies. We were there 4 nights and we found dead flies everyday. The shower leaked, there was no kitchen wear or coffee in the room. I did sleep really well, but that's the only plus. The hotel was undergoing a remodel and the lobby and most of the floors were in disarray, and it wasnt posted anywhere on the website and we weren't notified ahead of time. The pool was closed and that wasn't made known prior to arrival either. The elevators were a mess too. One was reserved for the construction, but the other one was shotty. The buttons didn't always work, it was jerky and not smooth, and it stopped at every floor on one trip down. We had stayed there before and it was decent enough to return this Thanksgiving. But had I known it was being remodeled and the amount of dead flies in our room and spiders in the lobby, I probably would not have stayed there.

The hotel is undergoing extensive renovations. Elevators took 10 minutes to arrive and I had to share one with construction debris. Expedia should alert people to properties under construction. I never would have booked this hotel if I had known that.

Nightmare
What a nightmare! Let’s start from the beginning… Upon arrival we received our room key, which did not work not once, not twice, but three times. Finally we had to get the front desk to come up to use the master key to get us into the room. Dropped off our luggage and went out for the afternoon came back and found our room infested with some type of bug! Reported this to the front desk, there at that point told us that they did not have any other rooms to accommodate us but we said we wanted a refund and we had to try to find another place to stay. Suddenly he had a room for us on the top floor. Well, there were no bugs in this room, but we did not have shampoo soap Ocean conditioner, and to top it all off on a cold night no heat! After travelling several hours we were exhausted. We just wanted to get some rest so we went to sleep for the night. When we laughed, we were sure to report all this to the morning front desk clerk. Needless to say we had no sleep and we were extremely frustrated. After contacting Hotels.com they assured us that they would contact the hotel and try to get us a refund. Needless to say they did not want to give us our money back. I would never stay at this hotel again, and I would never recommend it to my worst enemy. Also, there was a terrible smell on the floor of our first room. I also reported this to front desk. It’s just doesn’t seem like they really care or go out of their way to make their guests feel like they are important.

Not posted online there was construction, found out when I checked in. They put me in a room DIRECTLY beneath rooms they were working on. Constant hammering on walls and pipes, dragging stuff across the floor above my room. It was loud. They refused to change my room saying they were booked when 12 min prior I was given choice of a lower floor and I told them whatever was ready that I had no preference...had I known that was the case I would have chose Lower floor. I was woken up at 7am due to construction noises again when I was told it would be from 0800-1800

I’d say it’s a good stay!
It was overall nice! They were doing new construction and our first hotel room door wouldn’t open to let us in so we had to go back down immediately to get new keys for a new room. The pool is pretty dirty so we decided to not swim there. Has a lot of random stuff that looks mixed with dirt. The construction people were staying at the hotel too and were constantly in the halls talking very loudly at midnight. We tried to tell them hey we’re sleeping but they can’t speak English so we just tried to ignore the noise. Construction was very early in the morning but I mean that seems normal since the hotel is being worked on. There are trash in the hallways when you use the stairs, we used the stairs because the elevators were either not working or the one we did use stopped for a few second and lights flickered and I was genuinely too scared to continue the ride with it stuttering and what not so we jumped right out and used the stairs for the rest of our stay. The room was perfect though! Beautiful room and very comfortable. The staff were very nice and accommodating to us as well. It’s hard to complain when the room and the service it self was over all really good!

My rooms carpet had stains, their was dried food on the floo, large patchup paint marks and the room smelled. The building must have just been taken over because there is a sign covering a previous one . 6th floor under complete renovations and elevator entrances in the lobby are taped up. There was construction going on, but I am sure that the upgrades are needed. Everything is very well used. The pillows were very old and dirty. The bed felt like I was laying downhill, so I moved to the sofa.

i booked this hotel for my cousind eho came for sn event. the next day i asked them how ot was, they said they gave them an uncleaned room with everything lying everywhere including towels. after they requested for a new 1, they were give 1 which was ok. they also claimed the hallways were quite dirty with used tossues etc everywhere. i was very embarrassed

Not worth 150 a night! The only thing we loved was the room was big and spacious! Overall it was dirty. There was garbage still in can, crusty stuff on walls, half the lights in room didn't work, breakfast only had coffee and yogurt (no kid friendly beverages) and our neighbors had bed bugs....

Ran out of resources. Doesn't provide breakfast which was included in stay. Only one pot of coffee was brewed for entire guests. Staff is friendly but little helpless due to the management.

THE PLACE IS A DISASTER!
Never stayed. Checked in to check out room. The room was as dirty as the lobby. Trash throughout the lobby, carpet stains to the extreme in lobby and room. The whole building smelled of curry. Bathroom floor stained. I AM STILL WAITING ON A REFUND.

Pre-Covid, we stayed at this personal favorite hotel when it was Hyatt, 3-4x a year. Now, it’s horrible. No citrus-flavored water or apples in lobby. One elevator out of service. Elevator had lots of debris on floor. Hallways hot/ smelly/damp; 1st room was trashy/ not clean: toothpaste residue at sinks; hair in kitchen sink; smudges on mirrors; clump of dark hair in bathroom/ unknown residue on phone; bed linens untidy; corners of room / bathroom had debris. A/C going but little cooling - still very humid in room. Got another room: only marginally better. Still dirty: hair pin in drawer; trash in metal mesh cans UNDER the plastic trash bag; some forgotten item on the floor near the bed (looked like a zipdrive!); tub drained so poorly that the water was ankle high by end of shower; Had to run A/C very high yet still humid in room — bed linens / floor felt damp. No extra blankets. No coffee maker in room. Breakfast = All carbs: granola bars; instant oatmeal (hot water only); oranges; small sugary yogurt; muffins. Watery coffee in one single pot. Hyatt had the best breakfast ever, with protein. But none here now. Sad to see, remembering how lovely it was previously. POSITIVE: Beds are comfortable. 3 fluffy pillows each Queen bed. Rooms LOOK nice - a holdover from Hyatt. Sturdy coffee cups.
