“This is a great basic room, right next to the ocean. There is nothing luxurious about it, but it's also priced accordingly. One small comment I would love to see the addition of a small corner desk and a tiny chair. So many of us travel and work it would be great to have a place to sit, and there is room for it in the rooms. Apart from that, it's a great stay for the money.”

“Upon arriving, we were greeted kindly by kind gentleman of the staff who told us how they newly renovated the property over the winter and opened in May. He escorted us to our room and showed us how to key into the room with our unique door code; no room keys to lose here. The room was clean and comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the shower. Makeup wipes by the sink. Coffee maker on the desk. Water in the fridge and a microwave. Something they could add is a bag rack or……

“It’s a very quiet and peaceful place. The staff was always available and very helpful. There is free parking, and it’s only about a 3-minute walk to the beach. “The pool water was murky/dirty upon check in on July 3. A sign stated that the pool would be inspected on July 15. It should have been repaired prior to the July 4th holiday! There has been a great change from last year's owners. We have stayed there several years in a row and the pool was clean. The breakfast hours have been reduced from 7 am to 9 am instead of 10 am. The variety of breakfast food has dramatically dropped in choices. The new owners are saving money on basic items and thus are……

“The room was far from what was represented from Expedia photos. The first night the TV was not working. Trying to reach "front desk" it was none on duty and the suggestion we got from the automated system was to call 911. The day after, someone was at the front desk that we visited in person a young man (he was nice) come to replace the TV set by a working one. The room was about the size of a jail cell, the bathtub drain was extremely slow, and you can see the ocean by a side windows and……

“My wife and I stayed in the Balcony Queen. The check in/out process was very simple. The room was quaint and we were pretty comfortable. I liked the balcony space to relax and use as an extra space if I didn't want to stay inside. The bathroom could use with some modern touches but it had plenty of room. The Queen Anne Inn is about a 5 minute drive away from the main Chatham area which was nice when we had plans. Unrelated to the Queen Anne Inn, the main Chatham area can be a madhouse! The……
