Rooms are spacious with a nice little sitting area. Property is extremely well kept and the staff very courteous. The breakfast offering is typical hotel buffet, eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage or ham. Do it yourself toaster and waffle maker, usual stuff. There is a Boston Pizza attached but unaffiliated to the hotel. We don’t eat there.

Our first few interactions were with Jerica (front desk), who is the loveliest human. She was friendly and professional, ran up herself to make sure our room was ready, and then called after to check on our satisfaction. We happened to come during pool maintenance, and she was very kind about it, making sure to tell us about our hot tub options while offering our disappointed kids cookies, which totally saved the day! We saw active cleaning everywhere, and our room itself was very nice. Grabbing dinner from the attached Boston Pizza was very convenient. In the morning, we were surprised to see an excellent breakfast spread including hot items, cereals, baked goods, yogurt, and juice. The checkout staff were also very friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Great hotel, we had the King with fireplace and the room was very nice and clean. Room had a smart TV (Finally!) And the internetvwas fast and reliable. Bed was comfortable but saggy, any more than 2 nigyts and it wouldn't have been good for the back. The bed frame was also very ... noisy (IYKYK). Check in staff was super friendly, check out lady was very irritable and grumpy, any other staff were very pleasant though. Breakfast was good and the BPs attached offered room service with billing to the room which was very nice. Would definitely stay again.

Really nice! Enjoyed the BW in Fernie. Quiet on the backside. Very comfortable beds and rooms have the standard appliances. Loved how clean everything was. And I do check for things that I would want a home away from home to be. The shuttle to the hill is nice, dont have to beat the rush for parking, if you dont mind waiting in the cold. I know many folks don't, but heu, its life in a ski town.

We always enjoy our stay at the Fernie Best Western. The outdoor hot tub is a treat. We enjoy grabbing a complimentary hot chocolate and relaxing.

Great with our chihuahua! Lots of green space and doggie friendly area around the hotel. Safe after dark to take the dog out.
