Quiet hotel

This hotel was quite nice. The included breakfast had what you usually get at a free hotel breakfast. The food was hot and coffee good. My only concern was the noise of the air conditioner. Every time it started, it made a large bang and it was quite loud while it was running. It was so loud that my son and I awoke several times during the night the first night. By the second night, it wasn't as startling. Overall it was a nice clean room. Staff was very pleasant and had recommendations ready for food and stores. I would stay again.

Poor management/Hotels.com communication.

Fair hotel. We booked through Hotels.com and it took the hotel 45min. to transfer money from Hotels.com to them. We had to wait. They said that the Hotel.com credit card was declined. Had nothing to do with our credit card. Breakfast was average but they ran out of certain items by 9AM.

New York außerhalb genießen, TOP

Wir haben von da aus New York mit der Bahn erkundet. Waren von der Größe der Zimmer begeistert. (6 Personen) Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstück war super, für Amerika. Hat uns allen super gefallen und können es nur weiter empfehlen.

A week on business

I have been staying here for five years when I come to this part of the country. Great location, quiet, accessible. It represents good value. The desk staff, like David, is very efficient and accommodating. Kitchen staff, like Patrick, is friendly, cooks well, and keeps the breakfast and happy hour well-stocked. We had a problem with supplies and products in the room more than once, but Luis in maintenance came quickly to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the cable carrier is Comcast, who dropped the YES Network, meaning no Yankees games or shows available. The later problem needs an immediate solution at the corporate level, but new room service personnel need more training. This is a good bunch of people who work hard to solve problems, so we shall see what happens come May.

The shower was terrible there was no pressure at the nozzle making it very hard to rinse

One night getaway!

I booked the hotel for the night for a date night. The room was clean and comfortable. Even though it was close to home I felt like I was out of town for the night. I would stay here again as long as I have a babysitter! lol

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Only option we didn't see was a whirlpool tub which was a bummer but the room was gorgeous.
