terrible noise at 6:00 am. Told it in the reception and they said that it was from the pipes and could not do anything. Did not mention the noise when booking the hotel room. would have chosen another hotel if I knew. Also it was not cheap. I asked for a partial refund and have not heard back yet. Would not repeat under any circumstances.

I had a pretty good stay at Club Quarters. This isn’t a super luxurious hotel but it is comfortable and in a great location, about 2-3 corners away from the Willis Tower and walking distance from a few attractions the city has to offer. I booked a standard room which was a bit small for my liking. I drove in all the way from New Jersey so I was exhausted and wanted a more comfortable and bigger space. I called front desk and asked if I can kindly receive an upgrade at no cost. Mike Perez was the front desk attendant who took care of me, he was awesome! Mike upgraded me to a bigger room which I loved. It was my birthday weekend so he made it really special for me. Mike heard my concerns and took care of my request and was very helpful. Mike is a great staff member at Club Quarters. The rest of the staff was nice, pleasant and helpful. I would say that the hotel is a bit outdated in terms of their look, aesthetic and interior design (especially the rooms) but it was still comfortable. The building is a bit old but can’t beat the location. I did love that they have there own filtered water stations where can guests can grab a bottle or refill their own, that was cool. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for sure.

This place was okay. The room was really small but it did what i needed it to do. When i first arrived, there was trash all underneath the bed. You can tell they did not properly clean the room before letting me go in. Besides that it was an okay stay. Old building but it was right in the middle of everything that i needed to see.

The carpets in my room are in need of some major deep cleaning. They weren’t even vacuumed fully before my arrival as I found change and small trash items from a previous guest on the floor. Additionally, the elevator is sketch. I got stuck on there briefly as the doors would not open all the way and a staff member had to help push them open.

I stayed here previously in November 2023 and enjoyed my stay immensely. Unfortunately this visit was not the same. The hot water was intermittent during my entire stay. Upon my check-in at approximately 8 pm on Friday, April 12, 2024, there was no hot water. This was not mentioned by either of the two employees stationed at the lobby. I tested the water at 4 am at it was still cold. The following morning I had plans with my son and was wondering how long the water was going to stay cold without any statement from the hotel. The hot water returned after 9 am. When I returned that evening after 10 pm, to my surprise no hot water for my shower again. This happened through the end of my stay on Monday, April 15. Another minor issue was that the Smart TV in my room 645 could not cast shows from cell phone. I had no problem on my previous visit doing so. I followed the displayed instructions on the TV screen, saw the message your device is paired on my device, entered with the remote the casting message on the bottom of the screen, chose the program I wanted to watch on Netflix, but all I saw was a blank screen. I repeated this process many times in case I may have done something wrong. I received the blank screen all times to my chagrin. I would stay here again, but my next visit will be the tie breaker.
