“My family, all adults now, enjoyed how close entertainment and eating establishments were. Very quiet, clean neighborhood. Lots of very nice dog walkers for neighbors. The rooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves a lot.We were all there for a wedding and the VRBO was perfect. Great communication communications with the owners.”

“Everything was as expected. Sheets looked a bit stained in one area but looked clean other than that. Everything was as expected and super easy to come and go. Wouldn’t be good for people who don’t do stairs well but I had no problem.”

“My family's experience renting this property this past weekend was very poor. While the apartment and amenities were good, the apartment was disgusting and dirty. It we had any other choice, we would've left immediately. When we arrived, the apartment looked like someone tried hard to do as little as possible to make it look clean. The previous occupant had a pet, and there was hair everywhere. The floors had not been swept, the carpet had not been vacuumed, and the rugs in the bathroom had not……

“The only major thing that we didn't care for was the extremely late check in requirements or having to pay for early entry. 5pm is very late especially when check out is 11am. If you want to spend any real time in the residence you can't do so without staying for more than one day. So basically we paid to sleep there which can be done at a hotel but we wanted the homey feel. I would make a note on the listing as well that this is an old building and to expect to hear noises, neighbors etc.……

“I BOOKED A 3 NIGHT STAY AT OYO HOTEL THROUGH EXPEDIA. WHEN WE ARRIVED TO CHECK IN, THE CLERK SAID..... SORRY, YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN CANCELLED ! I PAID IN FULL IN ADVANCE, SHOWED HIM MY RESERVATION AND HE STILL WOULDN'T HONOR IT. I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THE ROOM ! I HE SAID CORPORATE CANCELLED IT BECAUSE IT WAS TOO CHEAP ! I HAD TO SCRAMBLE AND FIND OTHER LODGING AT NIGHT FOR ANOTHER HOTEL ! THEN OYO SAID IT WAS NON REFUNDABLE AND KEEPING MY MONEY !!! I AM OUTRAGED & WILL NEVER STAY THERE……
