“Everything was as expected. Sheets looked a bit stained in one area but looked clean other than that. Everything was as expected and super easy to come and go. Wouldn’t be good for people who don’t do stairs well but I had no problem.”

“This property is fabulous! It’s a historic building, in a fantastic location, close to everything in downtown Durham. It’s also only a half mile away from Duke’s east campus. The third floor unit is very spacious. It overlooks a courtyard, so no nosy neighbors looking in though the massive windows. As they state in the description, it IS an old warehouse space with a loft feel, so some noise does travel through the hallways. However, we were never disturbed by ANY excessive noise. “The only major thing that we didn't care for was the extremely late check in requirements or having to pay for early entry. 5pm is very late especially when check out is 11am. If you want to spend any real time in the residence you can't do so without staying for more than one day. So basically we paid to sleep there which can be done at a hotel but we wanted the homey feel. I would make a note on the listing as well that this is an old building and to expect to hear noises, neighbors etc.……
