Old motel, paper thin walls, no ice machine.... located in a bad part of town.

Dear ANONYMOUS, Thank you for your feedback about your stay. It would help us a great deal to be able to verify your stay, we nonetheless appreciate your feedback and will be using it to continually approve and provide guests with a wonderful stay. We are a very safe area and do not typically have issues of that nature. We also have ice machines on each level, so if the ice machine was not working to your liking on your level, you can always find one on another level. We are a newly renovated hotel and we will work hard to use your feedback to improve! In the future I would encourage you to let us know if there is a problem right away, so we can make it right for you immediately. Unfortunately when we are not aware there is a problem, we are not able to take care of it right away. Thank you again for your input and patronage and wishing you safe travels!

Nice hotel, staff very nice and helpful

Cons: Size of the bathroom.
Location: Niagara falls and Buffalo Zoo
We were only there one night. The only complaint we had was the bathroom was so small you could hardly get in the door. There was maybe 1/4 inch between the edge of the door and the rim of the toilet seat. Otherwise, it was fine.

It's the second time that we were stay here. The service is really good, location is great. My son plays baseball and this hotel has great location: near of baseball field, restaurants. Breakfast was really taste and have good presentation. Samatha, the lady at front desk was really nice, friendly and explained all of my questions.

Stephane and Mr. Clark provided excellent customer services during our visit. Both are wonderful Ambassadors assisting guests with a kind word and a big smile welcoming all. Room was very clean. Only complaint would be the bed was very firm which is not our preference.

I have been staying here for pass 3years. New owners great staff. Always so nice friendly make you feel comfortable.

Staff is wonderful and very helpful! Beds are comfortable amd rooms are clean. We stay every month when visiting our daughter!

Not a nice place

Had good luck with Best Westerns recently so we tried this one. This is an old motel that has been redone and it is not good. Smells old, no carpets, hard hard beds, very load in the rooms. Feels like you are sleeping in a warehouse.

We do offer a full hot breakfast with waffles, hot eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy among many other things, but I would love to add more items or find out from you which items you did not care for. We also have renovated the guestroom floors, opting for wood finish flooring in lieu of carpet which provides a much cleaner overall guest experience. Our number one priority is the cleanliness and comfort of our rooms, and we have found that carpet can hold stains and smells while our new flooring is much cleaner and safer against germs, stains or smells. I apologize that this was not comfortable for you. In the future, please do not hesitate to let us know immediately if something is right; our entire staff takes pride in our service promise to do whatever we can to make it right. I thank you for your valuable and honest feedback and will use this input to identify areas where we can continue to improve so that you will have a better experience in the future. I hope you will continue your patronage with Best Western, as this is not reflective of our values or standards. In fact this property was just awarded a Chairman's award, which is a huge honor only given to the top 5% of properties in the nation and is based on service, comfort, cleanliness and overall experience standards. Small issues

Didn't like that the TV was not HDMI accessible Didn't like that there were no high chairs in the breakfast area which made it very difficult to enjoy breakfast when traveling with an 11-month old Other than that, staff was very friendly and when we reported the toilet wouldn't flush they had maintenance take care of it right away
