The service was a little grumpy but some reception staff members were friendly.
The room's ok but it directly faced the exhaust pipes from somewhere in the basement and, just as the rest of the hotel, felt really dark and heavy. The bathroom was ok too but so dark I could barely shave my face.
I didn't pay attention but breakfast was included; yet nobody even reminded me of that when I checked in so I realized I paid for nothing at the check out. Not entirely their fault but wouldn't have hurt to inform me about their breakfast beforehand.
The worst part is that checking out is 10:00 am and non negotiable, which I find unbelievable for a 4 star hotel. Felt like a youth hostel.
Also, there was tea and non complimentary water but with cheap plastic cups that don't really belong there. The noisy fridge didn't help either.
