Friendly hotel with room for improvement
Friendly staff on reception, good breakfast, comfortable bed. Given that northern Italy is suffering from major drought, I was disappointed that they changed the towels every day. It’s unnecessary. I used the stairs, which looked like they hadn’t been cleaned properly. If I go back I’ll ask for an internal room, which might be quieter as there is a very noisy bar downstairs with tables outside. Lots of renovation work happening on the upper floor so it’ll be interesting to see what they are doing with the place.

The heart of stunning Cremona
This hotel is amazing and is right in the heart of Cremona. The breakfast is great also.

The rooms are nice but basic. The location and staff were wonderful. The breakfast was wonderful and varied. It was great to be in the heart of one of Italy’s beautiful cities.

Excellent location and welcoming staff
The receptionist was very helpful and patient with me as she let me talk / practice my Italian. She also provided a lot of information and tips about local sites and restaurants. Ideally located in the centre of Cremona.

Super nice staff
The room is nice but the bed are two singles together, which is a little uncomfortable. The staff is really really nice and the breakfast is awesome!

We loved this hotel and the staff
Lovely modernised hotel in historic centre of Cremona. All staff we had dealings with were brilliant and really went out of their way to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. Excellent breakfast buffet, with charming waitress, who did not rush us at all, even though we arrived very late.

There are not many hotels in Cremona, and the Imperio is one of the few options. The hotel is simple and clean and the staff very nice. However, it is a basic, simple and functional hotel. Do not expect any fancy pillows, deliciously smelling soup or soft cozy lights.

Loved our stay at this hotel. It is centrally located, and the front desk staff were extremely helpful and nice. Room was very comfortable. If we were to visit Cremona again, we would definitely stay here.

Convenient location very near the violin museum and cathedral, which is why we were there, so we were glad we chose this hotel. Good selection at breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff, recommended great nearby restaurants. Hard mattress. In Cremona, everyone eats late, so if you are an early sleeper, you will hear noise from the outdoor diners on the street below. A good stay, we would choose this hotel again.

If you're here for violins, this is probably the best-located hotel in town. 2 blocks from the museum, 1 block from the consortium, walking distance to all the instrument makers in central cremona. the city is beautiful, and walking everywhere is enjoyable. very friendly and helpful staff. bed and linens are pretty basic. my room had a small balcony and floor to ceiling glass doors that opened onto a small square, very nice. left them open and enjoyed the fresh air. breakfast is basic but good, with good coffee.

Near three public squares that have the major landmarks. Great, sunlit room and more than helpful staff. Lively restaurant and café scene nearby in this great music town==we saw three concerts in one day==all within walking distance of the hotel.

A great bargain...
Ok... I am giving 5s across the board, but this is not an ultra-high luxury place. It is a very nice hotel, in a great location, staffed by very nice people, with very large rooms for a price that would be unheard of in the usual tourist destinations of Italy. This quality of room, if in Venice or Rome would be more than three-fold. The breakfast was a bit on the sweet side for me, but still good. Cremona is a wonderful town that is not ruined by too much tourism. I would be very happy to stay at this hotel in the future.

Great place to stay in Cremona
The Impero is perfectly located on a beautiful piazza just yards from the Cathedral. Breakfast was especially good, with many choices in every possible food category. We will certainly return.

Big, high-ceilinged room. Dirty-looking carpet. Good selection of TV channels. Large-enough bathroom (but why waste space on a bidet!). Good location, within walking distance of all major attractions. Noisy at night until midnight: lots of bars nearby. 12-minute walk to train station.

La struttura è in ottima posizione e ben tenuta, tuttavia la mia camera singola, veramente di dimensioni ridottissime e con un lettino singolo non te l’aspetteresti mai da un 4 stelle. Il letto alla francese con una camera che lo possa ospitare è il minimo per un 4 stelle e consiglierei alla struttura di intervenire in tal senso. La gentilezza e disponibilità del personale hanno compensato la completa delusione della camera.

Le camere singole nella nostra struttura hanno letti singoli ad una piazza, come riportato sul nostro sito e sui portali. Nel caso in cui si volesse alloggiare in una camera con letto francese abbiamo anche quelle come possibilità prenotabile, chiaramente ad un costo diverso dalla camera singola.Siamo felici invece di sapere che il nostro personale abbia reso il suo soggiorno migliore.Cordialmente,Cremonahotels

Ottima scelta, centralissimo a Cremona
Posizione fantastica a due passi dal duomo e da tanti locali. Ho soggiornato in una camera al 4° piano recentemente rinnovata e veramente bellissima. L'unica pecca e che l'insonorizzazione della camera purtroppo non è ottimale. Prima colazione nella media, ma nulla di eccezionale.

Le seul avantage hotel très bien placé en centre ville,pas de parking. Chambre meublée très chichement,pas de vue, notre chambre donnée sur une cour intérieure. Petit déjeuner dégueulasse. Ne vaut pas un 4etoiles. 100 euros la chambre très chère pour ce qu elle etait

Bra hotell för pengarna
Bra hotell som ligger centralt med torg och massa restauranger precis i närheten! Däremot står det att hotellet har parkering, vilket inte stämmer. Vi blev hänvisad till gatuparkering (som inte var ledig) och fick parkera i ett närliggande parkeringshus. Mycket trevlig personal både i reception och vid frukosten. Stor frukostmatsal så det har inga problem att få bord. Rummet var stort och rent, om än lite gammalt.
