“Decent property. Very helpful staff. Clean room but furniture is simple and dated. Biggest complaint is the tight and limited parking, which seems to be the norm for the area, but make sure to try and get a 2nd floor room as the building is not well insulated for noise. I heard every step taken above my room. Being right on PCH adds to the noise, hence why they provide ear plugs.”

“Great location and the manager was great. I’d recommend staying here for a cheaper option in Laguna Beach, especially if you want to walk to the beach.”

“The parking cost another $40 instead of being included in the room rate. We asked for pillows and blankets for the fold out bed and the front desk person had to go searching for it. There was no ready supply. One of the toilets was plugged in the morning and my wife asked for a plunger and after searching all the rooms, the front desk person gave us the key to the neighboring room. It did solve the problem. We won't be back”

“It's a pity that I didn't book a room by the sea this time, the experience was quite different, but the hotel service was very good, and the hotel's restaurant was great. Shopping around the hotel is very convenient”
