"Overall, I was quite impressed. Room looked recently redone, didn't see anything dirty, and the breakfast buffet was way better than I was expecting for the price of the room! They had sausage links and eggs and biscuits with gravy in addition to waffles. Also the staff at front desk was super friendly and gave some suggestions of fun things to do with my kids in the area. My only suggestions for improvement were that there was no lock on the bathroom door in the room, and the main doors were not automatic open so it was a little hard to wheel a suitcase in behind you with the door closing on you. But those were not a big deal. Oh and my son was a bit disappointed there was no exercise room but I didn't miss it! Good value for the price, would stay again."

"We came to the city to explore and visit family so we picked this hotel with it being in the center of the Old Market. Having the parking garage was nice so we didnt have to find any street parking. The common areas were clean and the staff was always friendly and welcoming. We had specifically booked a mobility accessible room and although there was lower beds and a larger bathroom, there was a couple of things missing. Normally when we have a mobility accessible room there is a bar next to the toilet, a seat in the tub, and a shower head that can be reached at a lower level. These 3 things were missing from the bathroom and made it difficult for my teenager to transfer herself and bathe herself as shes wheelchair bound. Our TV and phone didnt work upon arrival but they had someone come and fix that right away. The maintenence man that helped was friendly and quick with his work. The breakfast was nothing special but it is nice as the free option. The area is great with many shops and restaurants."

"Friendly smiling staff. Newly remodeled room. USB charging ports everywhere in the room. Room lighting is great. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Shower pressure is super. Good hot water temperature. No kids running around so it’s pretty quiet at the time of my stay. Breakfast is pretty good. I’m glad I got time to try it. If I got a job in Omaha again, this is the place I’d stay again"

"Amazing amenities! There’s so much to do at the hotel you could spend your entire vacation there. Our room was spotless and had 2 KING sized beds. Our microwave did not work but otherwise everything worked fine. The hotel has a bad reputation but I have stayed here twice now and have no complaints."
