Superb apartment, great location!

Pros: location, facilities, pool,bar, restaurant, staff, great accomodation
Location: on the clifftop in Cromer, very accessible easy path down to the beach and town
Great apartment, so much extra included, very clean, great location and pool and jacuzzi very clean and well maintained, nice bar and restaurant on site with great meals at excellent value.

Relaxing Environment

Cons: Shower hose leaked.
Location: Cromer pier, cliff top walks, gift shops and cafes. Good base for visiting North Norfolk coast.
We were pleasantly surprised, the hotel exceeded our expectations by the lovely surroundings and how well equipped our apartment was. Very helpful staff.

Another good visit

This is the fifth time I have stayed at the Cromer Coumtry Club and the accomodation and reception staff were superb as usual. The site is quiet and well maintained and the apartments have everything needed for a great stay. I ate in the restaurant as usual and was a little disappointed with the service this time. Small things like not bringing/asking if condiments required, not bringing steak knives and not asking whether drink refills were required (we sat for 20 mins with an empty glass) and could not see the waitress to ask for refill. Only small things I know but in order to keep up the good reputation of the restaurant the staff should have been more aware. I did speak to reception about these minor things and they informed me that I would receive a phonecall/email off the restaurant manager....to date I have not received anything. Please take this as constructive feedback as I have always had a very good meal/service in the past. Would definately go back to apartments again and would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

The staff were all great. The beds were very hard, which did not make for a good night's sleep for me. I think that in the 21st century, internet should be available in all hotel rooms for no extra charge, but I guess that would increase the room price. Overall a reasonably good experience. We were only staying 2 nights, so didn't use the kitchen. This could be a great longer stay place, the kitchen looked excellent.

Cons: It's 2015 so give guests free wifi . Please
Location: As already said , great central location for all beaches and coastal towns
Go here twice a year . Great place , good restaurant and central for getting to all coastal towns and beaches

Delightful stay - be careful of hidden charges

Pros: Great garden area. Extremely well equipped. Spacious and newly decorated.
Cons: Extra cost for Wi-Fi, use of pool and no complimentary breakfast included. Hooks on back of doors in bedroom. Quieter extractor fan in bathroom
Location: Visit Cromer and Sherringham. Delightful.
Our apartment was delightful. It was extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a 6 course gourmet meal!! We had a lovely huge garden area with table and chairs and lovely newly decorated room/lounge/ bathroom etc. Staff more than helpful and quick to respond to emails prior to our stay. Be careful of hidden charges. NOTHING comes complimentary. So Wi-Fi is extra, use of pool is extra, breakfast is extra etc etc. Check out is super early so forget the lie in!! Don't turn on the light in bathroom unless you want the extractor fan going for half an hour. Not ideal in the middle of the night!!

Excellent... until the upstairs guests arrived!

Pros: Nice setting, well looked after, good facilities... pool etc
Cons: Between room ceiling noise insulation.
Everything was excellent - we hadn't been expecting a full kitchen and the amount of space we had - until the room overhead received guests at 10pm. Every movement (almost literally) from above was heard and felt through our room's ceiling. The guests were not noisy as such, it was just that the insulation between the floors was completely inadequate. Heaven knows what it would have ben like had they had children with them. From wishing we had booked longer, we were immediately grateful we'd only booked the one night. I'd go back only if I could be guaranteed top floor accommodation! And any recommendation I gave would be on that basis.

Two Night Stay

Rented a Studio Apartment for 2. Pleased with room and cleanliness. Everything needed was there and the room was spacious. Only disappointment was most accommodations had a decent patio or balcony, but this one (78a) had two seats outside the front door which could only be used by sitting on a pathway that was used to get to other apartments.

A nice place to stay with a convenient location. The rooms are a bit tired but otherwise a good value family friendly place to stay.

Great place to stay for one night or longer

Cromer Country Club is more like an upmarket holiday park than a hotel, but the fact you can book single nights makes it very attractive as an alternative to staying in a hotel. The apartments are really nice and I'd be happy staying a few days here. My only slight criticism is that swimming pool, wi-fi and breakfast were all extras you had to pay for, it would feel slightly better if these were included and the bill a bit higher, but I suppose if you don't want to go swimming... The check out time of 10am was a bit early too, for a Sunday morning. Location is glorious, minutes from beautiful cliff top walk, and there's a very steep path down to the beach. Anyway I had a great time and will definitely come back again.
