Great Radisson in Cromwell

Great, big, clean, friendly hotel. Pool was like bath water with great hours. Our room view was the pool which was nice. Room service food was excellent. Staff were ALL very nice. Bathroom was new, spotless, large bathtub, great shower pressure, cozy. Location is great for shopping and dining. Bed was comfy. TV was nice but some channels listed did not come in. Can't wait to go back!

Nice Hotel

convenient to Bradley, family in Middletown and Colchester. Easy on and off 91 and Route 9. Would reccomend to everyone

central location, easy access to hwy

Pros: Location, and staff.
Cons: Update the Bathrooms
Location: did not spend much time on things to do, it was a business trip with a sole purpose.
Nice Staff, friendly... food was good...rooms are clean, needs a little updating in bathroom, other than that it's a excellent hotel. I plan returning on my next business trip.

Room was dated

Room looked very dated. Bathroom very small and no fresh air in the room as u can't open windows

Awesome for the price

Had a three night stay here recently. The sparse staff were friendly and helpful. The carpet in the room needs to be stretched again as it was buckled in a couple of places. But overall it was very comfortable! The only negative things I have to say is the people in the kitchen need to answer the phone for room service! Ice should be removed from ALL sidewalks and the electronic key cards did not always work. The best part of this hotel is that they are pet friendly. The fee is only $50 whether you stay for 1 night or a month! And, Uncle D's diner is right down the street in East Berlin....awesome food, great prices! I would definitely recommend staying here and will next time I travel up north.

I'm sorry, I didn't stay there. I waited for 5 hours hoping they would fix the problem, but by six o'clock in the evening I had to find another hotel to stay at. The problem was that there was NO WATER in any of their rooms. At one point they thought they had it fixed.....but they didn't......and the engineers didn't know why the problem was happening.
