"The staff were excellent. Location brilliant, room was immaculate. All of which has nothing to do with Expedia who were appalling in regards to our booking. Completely unhelpful, looking for extra money when we had mistakenly put in the wrong date. (Thank you Maldron for sorting ) A disgrace will never use Expedia again. "
"Great location in Newcastle and near to the train station and Utilita arena which was the reason for our overnight stay. Our room was ideal for the night - clean, comfortable, well furnished with a very good shower. "
