We liked the safety features, such as having to scan your room card for the elevator and the casino scanning your driver's license. However, we thought the slot machines were very tight. We didn't see anyone hitting on anything, except maybe the tables. Maybe that's why the casino seemed very empty. But no complaints on the hotel itself! Thank you.

The continental breakfast needs a serious boost. They only provided coffee, water, cereal and toast. No fruit, juices, eggs, meats, or anything closely similar. We checked out and drove to a local restaurant. The property itself is very basic and showing lots of wear but it was clean. The front desk staff were friendly.

This hotel lacks amenities for it being at a casino. However the staff was extremely friendly. The walls are thin as is the ceiling. Being that I travel all the time I know and understand the noise of other customers can’t be held against the hotel. And it is a casino after all. Other then that the place could use some better amenities such as coffee in room or at least lobby for those that might need to leave before breakfast. And in all honesty if you are paying the prices to stay at a casino to get people to come back it would be smart to off free play or something to guests. Just a thought. I will say I stay in an airbnb about 3 miles away that’s about 60 less a night and the amenities are much better and it is super quiet. And is less then a 5 minute drive to the casino. So I’m not sure there is a reason for me to stay at the resort.

All the staff members are awesome!! Everyone is friendly and will talk with you! Never have o go outside, everything you need is right there. Been coming down for 5 years now and always have a great time

The front desk would not allow me to check in. My wallet was stolen recently with my drivers license. I had an electronic image of the license on my phone that the staff would not accept. No where in the hotel information I read did it say I needed a physical id card to check in. I request a full refund of the hotel charges.

The hotel resort was awesome , friendly staff only issue we have was the breakfast not many option and nothing drink besides coffee. Not everyone drinks coffee.

Room was filthy. Sink full of hair Dirty socks tucked behind edge of bed.no snacks or water available to buy. Trash in the trash cans. They only mad the bed didn’t change sheets or pillowcases, because they were still wrinkled from the night before. I expected a lot better for a newer hotel at a casino

Very loud. Was told that the fourth floor would be less noisy but that was not the case. I drove 7 hours and stopped here for a night to recharge. Not happy.
