The staff is nice, but too many little things

Posted Aug 15, 2015
Pros: Really nice staff.
Cons: Put a fan in the bathroom
Location: The location was great, clode to the worlds longest yard sale and cracker barrel.
The staff is really nice and tries hard, but the sheets on the bed smelled like smoke and there is no fan in the bathroom.

Perfect for the price!

Posted Jul 13, 2015
My family of four had a great experience. Our room was clean, the staff was helpful, and pool was clean and refreshing. It's a walk up motel style and I was expecting it to be a little loud from other guests outside, but we didn't hear a thing! The only thing I didn't like was the outside walkways were a little stained and dirty. They could use a power washing. It's also next door to a Cracker Barrel, so there is easy acces to dinner. breakfast in the morning was actually more than I expected. I was expecting cold cereal and toast, but there were waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, toast, Danishes, and cereal. My crew was very happy!

A Go Between

For what we required the motel was fine. It was comfortable and clean. We booked a king nonsmoking, but there wasn't one available. The desk clerk asked if two queen nonsmoking beds would suffice, which was acceptable.

Pleasant hotel; breakfast was NOT as advertised

Posted Feb 24, 2015
The breakfast was not good. I understood that there was a problem with delivery of food items to the hotel because of the snow conditions in the area during my stay; however, that would have been a good explanation for one day of my three day stay but not all three. I specifically chose this hotel so that I would have a good breakfast; they let me down.
