Not a bad place to stay. I live on the road and this would be a mid grade hotel for the price.

Had to fix own clog

Most of it was okay for no frills stay. Breakfast was ok for it's size. Short staffed. I had to fix own clog in toilet; I asked for help but when I came back to hotel room, a plunger was in the bathroom and no resolution of clog. I fixed the problem and confronted manager. I was told they didn't have maintenance staff on duty. I was compensated but just hope nothing breaks down while you are there!

As I mentioned when we spoke the following day, we did not have maintenance staff on duty when the issues occurred and I agreed that the desk staff should have been more proactive and because of that I did my best to resolve the issue after the fact. I'm sorry that this one issue was enough to make your stay only worth two stars. We appreciate you choosing Super 8 Crossville during your stay. not that clean

Pros: Not much. The carpet "looked" clean.
Cons: Use clean bedding without stains. Use room deodorizer and cleaners with a pleasant smell.
Location: Location was close to the interstate 40
Bed spread was stained and I'm not sure the sheets and pillow cases had been changed. The room smelled of other people and not in a good way. There were holes in the bathroom door and holes in the tv wall.
