This three-bedroom, lake view house is the perfect home away from home for your next adventure! Drink your morning coffee on the deck, play in the ample space of the shared grassy park area, and walk down to the private dock for a beautiful water and mountain ridge view. Feel free to use the provided canoe and kayak to explore Lake Bomoseen! Have a barbecue using the gas grill and picnic table, or prepare a home-cooked meal in the well-equipped kitchen. Grab your favorite novel or listen to that funny podcast in the hammock.

Security camera details: There is a security camera in the kitchen, facing out towards the entrance to the deck.

Dock details: Crystal haven, when you first pull, there will be a fenced in gate. Go straight through and go down, the dock is on the other side of the field to the right. It's in the middle of the cove. DOCK # 73, There will be a big wooden plank and Red Canoe. You can't miss it. 



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Lake Bomoseen
The house was very nice but garbage outside had not been collected in a while and the whole yard smalled putrid. It was collected by the next day after calling. Also would suggest leaving instructions for where the paddles and life jackets are kept. I had to call to find out where they were. The property manager was excellent to speak with. The lake was beautiful

Worst idea in a very long time
You should have just cancelled my reservation and refunded my money. Then I wouldn't be able to leave a review. Your listing stated you're "lakefront". You told my wife in the VRBO app that your property "sits right on the lake" and that there's a private dock. Both lies. You're at least 200' from the lake with two other homes between your property and the lake that residents at your cabin would have to walk through to get to the lake. I get why you lied; "lakefront" is worth more per night than "two properties and 200+ feet from the lake". However, it still was a lie and its been rather annoying to have to go through my bank to get my money back. VRBO was no help. Vacasa was no help. You certainly were no help. Worst idea in a very long time.
