"We had an amazing time at Buena Vista Eco lodge. We stayed in the cabins and it was such a clean and cute accommodation. The buffet breakfast was excellent, we couldn’t have asked for more. We ate at both the Jaguar and the Mirador restaurant, the Jaguar had a wider selection and the food was delicious, while the Mirador is lighter fare but with stunning views of the country side and sunset. We did the zipline, the horse riding tour, the bird tour and the night tour. The zipline and horse riding was amazing, I would do it again in a heartbeat. The bird and night tours are lovely, but you have to be realistic in what you may or may not see. The staff in every location: the front desk, all restaurants, the nightour and bird tour guide, and the horseback riding guides are incredible, helpful, friendly, and they make it such a great experience. Be sure to set aside a day for the thermal pools, at first we didn’t realize how immense it was, but definitely worth it! "

Mama monkeys carrying their baby monkeys, monkeys "fighting", eating, just going about their day. It was absolutely amazing. That was when the spider monkeys came out. If the howler monkeys were there you would hear them coming up the valley around that time and then start seeing them, but they weren't as obvious visually. Either way it was an experience and was so magical. Our teenage kids said it was their best vacation ever. We loved it at Borinquen. Their zipline tour was also very fun! All around a great stay! Worth every penny. FYI - very remote and limited on food so just a few days/nights is a perfect amount of time spent there. "

"Paradise-Palma was my best accommodation ! while on vacation in Costa Rica ! Pool was so inviting and we had it mostly to ourselves !Our cottage was clean and so adorable. There were many things/items that were provided that were awesome. Simple things like an abundance of fresh water, coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, spices, oil, laundry soap, dish soap !There was talk of monkeys , unfortunately we didn’t see them. Iguanas roomed around freely. Hummingbirds along with many species of birds, and all the natural sounds were amazing.However the microwave look good but didn’t plug in and therefore didn’t work. The Ad was true to description and the pictures looked a little different, based on the season photos were taken.Advertised but No hot tub.The signage to the entrance was so tiny, especially if arriving at dark.The host was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The availability of things to see and do, grocery stores, restaurants and airport were all close to our cottage."
