We have enjoyed the stay very much. The service provided by the staff are exceptionally good. They are very friendly and obliging. Always serving with a smile. The provision of free cafe service around the clock is great value for money. The location is convenient and within walking distance to major ...
The staff was very nice, they even let me check in an hour early! The hotel was half a block away from money exchange houses, a souvenir mercado(they have a lot of great stuff), several bars and restaurants including la casa de toño, a must try!! It was also walking distance from the Angel de Independencia ...

Great location a few blocks from the noise of the Zocalo. Comfy rooms and good breakfast selection. Great staff, super helpful!!!

Great location, but rooms are small. Walls are thin and it sounds like others are right outside your door although they are in their own room. Not an issue most of the time, but some guests just aren't respectful of others. The small rooms didn't bother us as we were out and about for most of our ...

This was a great choice for being downtown in the heart of so much the city has to offer. It is not as luxurious as some of the newer hotels, and there isn't A/C. But it is clean and the staff is wonderful. The breakfast buffet was also really good, convenient, and not too pricey. There is a safe ...

Its on a great location and very safe place its close enough to the socalo
We loved the ambiance of the Best Western Majestic, the old-fashioned lobby and the winding staircase. Our room was large, with a king bed and a view of the Zócalo. The window in our room was a piece of art. We loved the terrace on the roof with its beautiful view as well, with an excellent menu. ...
Hotel is very simple but has good location. I gotta say when I arrived I was not very sure about it but after the first night you really start liking this place. I would say for the price this hotel is a diamond in the rough. I really liked it the only thing I have to say about it is that the traffic ...

I chose this hotel for the central location and lovely terrace. As we had a late flight out of Mexico, it was great to have somewhere safe to keep our bags and relax enjoying the sunshine before we had to leave. There was no air conditioning in our room - which made it quite hot at night.

It is an excellent option for city center and Reforma. Great for business or family stay.
Great location, staff, food, and experience. The rooms are lovely and spacious! We loved that. The only thing I would change is an open window swimpool and jaccuzzi. As is a closed wall room. No windows to the outside. Only electric light. We like the sunlight at least through windows. The rest of ...
If you need to go to the airport, don't use the taxi at the hotel. Walk out to the main road by the park and get one for way cheaper. It cost 220 pesos to get to the airport with the hotel taxi. Everything else was great.

We had a wonderful time at this very quirky location. The beds were comfortable, which was all we really needed, privacy and comfort. The biggest problem we had was with the wifi, I wish the connection was stronger. We loved the staff, German was the best, as well as the gentleman that kept the rooms ...

We love the room with 2 king beds, so great for a family of four. Comfy beds and linens. Staff was great at check in and out. Location close to noteworthy sights. The breakfast was included but not good, except for the fresh fruit. We only ate it one morning. The square outside has fantastic food ...
Great breakfast, terrific location with a sense of humour like the hammocks swinging above the glass roof of the arcade below. The rooms of the hotel at one time housed doctors who had offices below, which are now shops, restaurants and even a yoga studio.
this hotel is in great location, make sure dont use the metro station near by in peak hours, if you are in a hurry.
