Nice affordable hotel.

The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. We had 2 sick people in our party and the hotel promptly sent a doctor to our hotel room. They checked back to make sure we were okay and we felt very welcomed and taken care of. The hotel is adjecent to a shopping center with restaurants, movie theater, stores and a Walmart. Not much to see and do other than that, but it was nice to be able to walk to the shops without taking a cab or venturing into the crowded freeway. We used the chauffeur service from the hotel. Th cars are clean and drivers are polite. More expensive than uber, but a good choice. Swimming pool was a bit cold and not super clean, but the kids had loads of fun. Gym was basic but clean and worked okay. Restaurant has a nice brunch buffet and room service was quick. Very good stay overall.

There is no other hotel in the area. You can get better accommodation downtown but it means 3-4 hour round trip everyday. Hotel is safe and immediate area is a safe strip mall but do not step out of safe zone.

Nice safe hotel.

Stayed 5 nights for business. Very nice. Bar was closed as it was being renovated. Restaurant was very good as it had a steak buffet night where you could eat as many steaks (porterhouse, strips, fillet, etc) as you wanted. Mall across the street. I did not visit it but I was told it was safe during light hours but show awareness if walking there at night. Room was clean with big TV. Only reason I dont give it a 5 is because I wanted to use the pool and hottub but the pool was open but there were small things floating in the water and the hot tub was not functioning so I declined. But again....the staff was exceptional and spoke good English.
