“Was given a room that was not cleaned-it appeared that someone was still in the room. Nice lady at the desk gave me another room. The bed was made (not sure the sheets were changed). The desk had water & stains on it, so asked to have it cleaned. She took care of that. Didn’t realize there were dirty towels in the bathroom until later, the floor wasn’t vacuumed & there was trash on the shelf. This room was not cleaned either. One and done, will never return.”

“I accidentally booked this hotel which I believed to be in the area I was staying but it was a full day away. Called after 5 minutes and tried to get a hold of hotel a total of 8 times and no answers pretty unreliable for a hotel not to answer their own phone. Wasted 200$ and no refund . Would not want to stay here money hungry do not care about guests.”

“Room cleanliness wasn’t great. There was crumbs and bits of stuff on the floor. Especially under the bed. I had my two small dogs with me so the issue really stood out to me. 1 elevator was available when I checked in. Both were out of service the next morning. “Over priced for just a motel room and app was a rip off for getting a room in advance. I should have just called the motel to make a reservation. No motel should be the price of a Hotel, I've paid that price for a sweat with hot tub in a hotel that had a lot more channels on direct TV this place was limited to around 7 or 8 mostly same thing.
