Very nice room but dark bathroom. Food was very mixed. Dinner was tasteless - all items available in buffet. Breakfast was better.

We loved it here. We stayed for a week it was so nice. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast had tons of options. They have a pool it was a bit cold but I also enjoyed relaxing on the pool deck after going in the sauna. It's a short walk to the beach so nice.

Horrible hotel. I tracked a lot in my life but it’s the first time I had bed bugs. Stay away. Book at Santa Marta instead. The reception senior staff very rude.

Don’t let the Bed Bugs Bite!
Welcomed by a bug crawling across our bed as well as a flooded bathroom. My father had filthy towels and a used plaster on the bathroom floor. Waited ages for anyone to come and serve at the bar. Done customers even walked away due to not being served.

The hotel has s full board option and thid was a great deal and the food was good. Price was very fair and rooms were cleaned daily. We had a very good stay.

Larger hotel in this coastal resort. Hotel is spacious. With outside pool area. Easy access to main promenade, but it us a long stroll to the main restaurant area in town. EV charger points available.

The hotel was difficult to fault, as the room was excellent, overlooking the sea with a balcony and table. The air conditioning was excellent. The bed was massive and comfortable with a separate comfortable sofa/sofabed. The bathroom was also a very good size with an easy to use excellent shower. The wi-fi had a very strong signal. The parking was good nearby (October) and safe, so there was no need to pay the high hotel charge. The only slightly negative points: The 24inch Television, was small compared with the large room, and only had Spanish stations, and without a USB socket. The swimming pool - it closed a day after arriving (10-11th October), without notice or published closing schedule. It was of good size with large seating and lounging area though.

Pleasant, spacious and excellent staff
Excellent, except for the internet Wi-Fi connection in my first room, that was really poor. But they changed me and did everything to solve it.

The hotel felt really dull. The hot water in the room was not working properly first. They charged us extra money for in room dining (what’s the point of providing the service when you have to charge more). The sauna was not in operation. The stay wasn’t great and we cut short our stay by 1 night.

Hi The bathroom is the area I did not like- the builders built the sink and towel racks so high that one always needed a stool to climb reach it- also it was quite a task to climb in and out of the tub again with a stool nearby The pluses are the amazing gourmet quality of the food; the staff was wonderful always willing to assist; and the location of the beach was perfect!

Comfortable and clean base for beach bliss
The staff are kind and helpful with any information needs by the guests, the breakfast buffet was generous, the rooms are comfortable, and the nearby beach is spectacular. The little touches such as the magazines and refreshments made me feel welcome.

Nice hotel,room cleaned every day,breakfast was good. The only thing I didn't like is that they charge 10 euros a day to park your car at the hotel. You can park on the neighbouring roads,just you need to be very careful,if you park on Carrer de la Pineda road,some days of the month you are only aloud to park on the left and some days your are aloud to park on the right side of the road,and you might get a penalty ,I recommend to park on Carrer Romer road where is a designated car park ,this is in case you don't wish to park at the hotel.

A nice, quite, clean hotel for few days. The stuff was kindly and the buffet was clean and more than enough. The only point from our site was that we had 4 days the same dinner buffet. No changes, nothing different. But I think we would choose this hotel again for a stay in Valencia...

Todo muy limpio y muy bien excepto el bufete que aunque lo entiendo por el aumento de precios de todo que tampoco habia tanta variedad, por ejemplo las chuletas de cordero esraban quemadas. No sé, ya, que es más escueto, al menos que estén más cuidados estos aspectos culinarios. Sólo eso. Por lo demás todo muy bien.
