The service definitely could have been better but the room was very clean. I had to find a receptionist to give me some more pillows and towels. The breakfast was nothing to brag about! The best thing about this hotel are how clean everything is.

The hotel was fine for a quick sleep along the way. I would not stay for more than one night. The breakfast is very minimal. Room had a strange smell. No bugs, clean.

I booked through Hotels.com app about 10 minutes before arriving at hotel. When I tried to check in I was told that my reservation had not come through yet and that sometimes it takes a long time for the hotel desk to receive the reservation from Hotels.com app. I have used this app before and have never had that experience, I've always gotten prompt service and usually book a room within half hour before arriving. The desk employee told me I could book a room immediately with him but would have to pay for a room again and that I would not be refunded from Hotels.com. I chose to wait a few minutes. Employee then told me that a guest made a reservation at 5pm that day and that the desk had not received the info from Hotels.com yet (this was after 9pm) I then made a call to Hotels.com on my phone using the speaker feature and a manager soon appears at the desk and miraculously my room is ready. This whole check in process was a bit shady and I was not satisfied with the customer service from this hotel at all. The curtains did not block the outside light. The A/C was very inconsistent. The sitting table was wobbly. There was a coffee pot but no coffee supplies in the room. No iron was provided in room. No extra roll of toilet tissue provided and less than half a roll in bathroom. Breakfast was a joke; stale donuts, bruised apples, watery flavorless gravy. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Quiet, cozy, private. Very nice. Room needed a good cleaning though.
