"All things considered, this was a great place to stay. What we didn’t realize when we reserved our room was that a late arrival (by us) was going to make things more challenging. Fortunately, the hotel contacted us and we were able to get checked in, all through our phone, thanks to the cooperation of the person working at the hotel. This was all done while we were still on our way to the hotel. The person could not have been more polite, courteous, and accommodating. I’d not hesitate to stay here again, but would need to better anticipate and address a late arrival (around 1:00am) ahead of time."
