Easy to locate right off highway. Easy parking felt safe, was a bit secluded. There was a random Burger King next door. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, sheets wasn’t as soft as I would’ve liked but not complaining. Did have microwave and fridge which made very convenient. Overall nice stay. Only complaint was dirty stank stained fabric computer chair need to replace with leather, easier to clean. Husband called it a porn chair and not to sit in it!

The staff was friendly and helpful. I had technical issues with the TV, refrigerator and toilet. The staff aided with these, however.

Nice overall stay, but the towels had a strange odor. Excellent upgrades, friendly staff, and delicious muffins and scones served during breakfast.

The evening staff were awesome when checked in, however the morning staff were not friendly at all…it was as if they didn’t want to be there or that we the customers were a bother to them. When we came down for breakfast no one greeted us with a good morning, they didn’t even make eye contact. But the evening staff were friendly and polite!

Nice hotel
We stayed here for 1 night and we had a great stay. Family of 4, our kids loved the pool. It was very clean inside the pool area. Hotel all over was clean, our room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was nice, lots of selection

We have always had a pleasant stay here - all of the staff are friendly, helpful and make staying here so nice. Breakfast is very good and there is plenty to chose from - definitely worth staying here.

The room was nice, clean. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. I'd skip the breakfast. The juice was water, food wasn't replenished, the coffee was terrible, the trash remained full that was in the kitchen area.

Beautiful surrounding area. The complimentary breakfast was lacking in variety and the bagels and muffins were dry and stale.

I have stayed here twice. First time alone. This time I had my family and their dog. Reservation was listed as pet friendly and only questions about number of quest were asked. At check in, I was informed of a dog fee for the night and charged an extra $60. This was not customer friendly, to get you at the check in desk for more money. This might change my staying at this facility again.

I was pleased to get a room last minute but was put in a handicap accessible room on the first floor by a back door that was propped open. As a single female traveling alone I did not feel safe. Staff was unwilling or unable to accommodate me elsewhere. All this I could have dealt with had I not paid almost $300 for a very basic room, uncomfortable bed and a tv remote that did not work!

We are terribly sorry about your stay. The hotel was full during your stay unfortunately, so they could not move you to another room. Please contact the front desk next time you see a door propped open, we do not do that for guest safety reasons and would have closed the door.We hope you will give us another chance to exceed your expectations..
