I am highly disappointed. I do not smoke and that entire hotel smelled like cigarettes. And the room itself I stayed in smelled like stink bugs. That hotel is not at all clean. I will be expecting a refund, if I have update I will be informing Expedia to proceed with legal action.

There was a cockroach on the wall and the place smelt really bad. I couldn't stay there and moved to a much cleaner hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Check in was easy. Really nice guy but the room was horrible. Very outdated, half the plug ins didn’t work, the chair had rips in it, the sheets had black stains on them, walls had marks and stains on them, the floor was awful, half the channels on the tv didn’t work, the remote to the tv had no back to it the battery was taped on, the phone was disgusting and the curtains had stains all over them. The beds was ok but the pillows was lumpy and old. The noisy traffic was horrible all night long and the people never seem to sleep here because I heard doors slamming all night! I guess you get what you pay for, for 76 dollars I shouldn’t expect much. While this is cheap and affordable, it’s definitely not comfortable. I recommend spending the extra 30 dollars and staying at the place up the street.

Went for a FSU football game. Easy parking w/ a spot for veterans. Conveniently located within walking distance of fast food restaurants, Dollar General, spirits. Nice location close to FSU.

Needs a Remake
The carpet in the hall was worn and dirty. My nonsmoking room had a bedspread with 15-20 cigarette burns. The bedspread should not have been on any bed in a smoking or nonsmoking room. I will say that the room was clean. I stayed the next night in the Braddock Inn across the road. For $10 more, it was much nicer.

Would not recommend.
Room was infested with Stink bugs and roaches, Air conditioner barely worked and we had to. Lean it ourselves to make it work, we only stayed 1 night and they wouldnt refusd our second night we were supposed to stay even with all the room problems. Beds were stained, everything was extremely dusty, and beds and pillows hurt our necks and backs. Horrible room and horrible service. Would not recommend.

Good but
This hotel is well situated, just off the interstate with plenty of chain eateries within a mile. The staff is friendly. The tall bearded young man prevented a spat with my phone's gps. I am more concerned with a good night's sleep than amenities. This bed was quite comfortable but the pillows felt as if they came from a dollar store. Oh, you need to manipulate the main light to fully charge your phone while you sleep.

Good value through second party website. Hotel was slightly dated and in need of minor repairs. Only one towel in room 306 and hair dryer not working. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was just fair. I would still stay here again due to the value.

First room we booked had a horrible smell and the couch was FILTHY so the front desk switched us to another room with 2 queens and both beds had broken box springs so you literally sunk in the middle almost down to the floor. The room was 1000x more cleaner and had no smell just extremely uncomfortable beds.

I got back one night to the hotel room. There was no parking spots due to trailers and motorcycles taking a lot of spots up. I asked the staff where should I park and they had me park in a fire lane area around the corner. I was worried about my vehicle being towed. There needed to be a little better control of just letting stuff Park wherever they want it. I got back another night back to the room and my key fob did not work the door.

First off Expedia confimed my reservation but it showed up on the motel computers as declined. Had to contact Expedia to get it straightened out took almost an hour. Motelwas supposed to be $89.00 was charged $126.00 and they used my rewards to knock it down to $101.00. Still more expensive than advertised by Expedia. Then had to put down $100.oo cleaning deposit. Has to change rooms because 1st room was not cleaned so they gave me a new room. Not a great experience.
