Upmarket B&B in a good location in KeswickPosted Jun 1, 2015
Pros: standard of accommodation was high and great breakfast
Cons: the blinds were translucent and so far too much light at sunrise (5am) would wake kids up
Stayed for 3 nights with family. Thought the overall standard of accommodation was really high and would happily stay again. We had two interconnecting rooms on the top floor which were really nice - plenty of space, clean and really comfortable. Good location for restaurants/town center and also for the lake. It was relatively pricey (maybe not for lake district at half term) but i thought worth it breakfast was particularly good

Perfect in all respectsPosted Jul 30, 2014 on Hotels
Clean, comfortable, well-located, with great attentive service and wonderful breakfast. Andy and Charlotte are the perfect hosts, the inn is convenient to town and in the heart of the Northern Lake District. Everything was exactly as we'd hoped it would be.

Great location, we walked everywherePosted Jul 2, 2014
Pros: See above
Cons: Nothing obvious
Hosts were wonderful. Our room was like a 5 star hotel. They gave us great tips on where to go and the gorgeous hand creams smelt divine. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Good B&BPosted May 13, 2013
Good quality B&B in great location. Taller guests might struggle for head height in the attic level rooms but otherwise a perfect base for a weekend walking in the lake district.
