La peor experiencia de un hotel....
Voy directo .... estaba sucio el cuarto el baño tenía chispas de aparentemente sangre en la pared.. detrás de la puerta estaba el sucio ..había cucarachas...apestaba el cuarto.. la alfombra apestaba .... la cama tenía los resortes fuera de lugar y había un hueco en la cama... la cocina tenía los cajones rotos... y fuera de lugar... las toallas llevaban años pq estaban duras para secarse además de sucias...las sábanas están grisaseas en vez de blanca... la peor experiencia de un hotel al nivel q se compró una sábana a la cama y almohadas y se dejaron ...al amanecer ya nos habíamos salido del lugar.... todavía me pregunto cómo la compañía de Hotel.com los auspicia??????

We loved it! Hotels or motels that run on that price are usually a disaster. We were very surprised and delighted with this place. Very clean, great attention and cheap!

Place is dated, in need of upgrading, electrical problems, door entrance problems no cleaning service but once per week and thst was to just change the sheets, I have to maintain and empty trash. Never would I stay here again, no natter what the price

Terrible experience
I checked in at 11.00 PM, got the key from the security guard, the room was very dirty, had a lot of insects with a broken bed. Paid but didn't stay.

This location is the worst I’ve stayed in by far. The late check in was the most awkward and unprofessional experience. When checking in we were greeted by a chain smoking keeper in room 101. He handed us keys and invited us into his hotel room which was clearly where he lived. Once he handed us keys we headed upstairs only to be watched by the keeper the whole time. We entered what was suppose to be a non smoking room. It was not. The bed feels like hulk himself slept here and perhaps had a few encounters which caused the bed to cave in on both sides. Not to mention the sounds it makes would make a nun nervous. The AC unit did not work- after many attempts, we gave up and fell asleep on the mattress of despair. The bathroom was basic, but lacked any form of soap, shampoo, conditioner or otherwise. Beyond the shawty repair work and gas canister accompanying the use of the overhead microwave- I have to say this is overall the worst hotel stay I’ve ever stayed in. If you are in the mood for highway robbery, I fully recommend.

THe overall dated furnishings were a bit of concern in certain areas especially.There were bugs on most everything.The absence of condiments bothered my wife (she loves her coffee, in the morning).Most motels we have stayed at for the most part have complimentary bar of soap.I can say the location is great, places and things are in a couple of minutes.

Dirty hotel
The facility is dirty and unkept... I stayed here for business and the front desk was closed after 7pm. If you arrive late there is not an option to check in until the next morning. People are suspect here also keep an eye on your belongings!

They are renovating the first floor maybe they will do the Second floor after. Old carpet and room smelled like smoke. Shower valve leaked. Old style microwave without turntable.

In town suites Cumming GA
This hotel is not a clean hotel, it is old and run down. They are just starting renovations so maybe improvements will come in the future. Its fine for blue collar workers but not for family at all.

I have never given a bad review, but this one can’t be overlooked. It was suppose to be a non smoking room, but it smelled so bad. The bedspreads had cigarette holes in them. The furniture was in bad shape. The office was closed when we got there, so there was no one to talk to. We were suppose to stay 2 nights, but left first thing the next morning. Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever seen
